SEASIDE CHALET 10 MIN WALK 6 PEOPLE ENCLOSED GARDEN CLOSE TO CYCLE PATHS

This detached chalet is a 10-minute walk from the main beach of Kerhilio, giving you access to a section of the beach away from the tourist crowds. Surfing, paddleboarding, land sailing, horseback riding... are all available, or you can simply enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water. You'll also be a 10-minute drive from Carnac and 30 minutes from Quiberon. This brand-new, ideally located chalet will allow you to spend a wonderful holiday on our south coast! You have a small shopping center a 10-minute walk away where there are great concerts (Coota), a small grocery store, three restaurants, bike rentals, and ice cream. You have access to numerous dedicated cycle paths to Quiberon. You are also not far from Lorient (40 minutes) if you want to enjoy the Interceltic Festival. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions. The chalet has 3 bedrooms (one on the first floor and two upstairs), and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet in the same room. We have air conditioning. We provide a large outdoor table, a gas griddle, and two sun loungers. The kitchen is well-equipped (coffee maker, toaster, food processor, oven, dishwasher, etc.), and there is also a washing machine and iron. We ask that you leave the chalet in the same clean condition as when you arrived. If you would prefer a cleaning service, please let me know, and I will arrange it. In that case, payment will be made directly on site (€90).
