“ During my stay, I experienced several inconveniences. There was no room service available and no phone in the room to contact the service department. The restroom door was broken, and no soap was provided for the bathtub. I requested it and asked for it to be placed in the room while I was out, but upon my return, nothing had been provided. Furthermore, the bathtub did not meet expectations.”

“Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Daha önce iş toplantısı amacıyla bulunduğum otelinizde, bu sefer eşimle birlikte spa/masaj hizmetinden de yararlanarak 1 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Otelin temizliği, konforu konularında memnun kaldık. Canlı müzik gecesinden çok keyif aldık. Spa'da aldığımız masaj hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı. Spa soyunma odalarındaki dolap kilitlerinin çalışmıyor olması, odadaki yastıkları pek konforlu bulmamamız ve akşam yemeğinde sunulan bazı meze, garnitür türü...

“Immer wieder gerne fahren wir zu diesem tollen Hotel wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und eines der besten großen Betten für einen tollen Schlaf. In der früh gibt es dann tolles, frisches und reichhaltiges Frühstück für einen guten Start in den Tag. Bitte so weiter machen.”
