Hotel vicino a Erie Beach - Toledo

“The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!”

“Jeremy at the front desk checked us in and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. “The floor was not clean, the room had a few insects and cobwebs.”

“They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. “Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Only downside was we couldn’t change the controls on the air conditioner.”

“The lobby was very deceiving! I thought this might actually be nice. Lobby bathroom was unavailable due to overflowing issues. Pool was closed due to it being disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. The room looked like a crime scene. Blood on the bedding and carpet. Bath tub was clogged up, sleeper sofa had fries and syrup inside of it. They definitely don’t clean that. Meanwhile the owner drives a Rolls Royce & charged my card twice! They promised a complimentary stay,...
