“This is our go to stop when we need a place near the airport. We were sad when they started charging for parking but they aren’t the only hotel doing so. Great bargain for a nice place overall. ”

“So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience. ”

The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life. “When we arrive to check-in their was a $50 dollar Incidental hold , I had called ahead to ask what deposit/hold would it be before booking was told no hold or deposit was required. I plan prior to all my trips to insure costs as i do use my debit card . It was a bit embarrassing as i was short $10 in my account for the hold .
