Ampio appartamento con 3 camere da letto in una bella casa di mattoni. L'ottima posizione nel quartiere Boulevard Park di Erie ti offre un accesso rapido e conveniente al meglio che Erie ha da offrire: Bayfront, I79, Presque Isle, Waldameer Amusement Park, il centro e molto altro!

Pulito e spazioso appartamento di 1300 piedi quadrati offre molto spazio per la tua festa in viaggio: letto king size, letto matrimoniale e letti a castello possono ospitare 6 persone. Sala da pranzo con grande tavolo per 6 persone e cucina completamente attrezzata. Ha una scrivania con sedia da ufficio.

Lo spazio recentemente rinnovato conserva gran parte della bella lavorazione del legno di questa casa degli anni 1920. Situato su un tranquillo viale alberato, la strada è attraversata da un traffico minimo, ma è comodamente vicino all'autostrada, al lungomare, al centro e molto altro.

Questo è l'appartamento al piano terra in un edificio di 2 appartamenti. Gli ospiti hanno l'intero uso privato dell'intero appartamento al primo piano.

Il soggiorno con TV da 50 "tira i canali locali via etere e ti consente di connetterti ai tuoi account NetFlix o Hulu tramite WiFi. Una grande sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host’s communication was fantastic, making everything smooth from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment itself was spotless upon arrival. Everything we needed was easy to access, from the kitchen and TV to the entrance of the unit. It was clear that the host put great care into making the space welcoming and convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

This was the perfect stay for our beach weekend! The rental was close to everything, cute and clean. Robert was ver communicative and had some breakfast items stocked for us in the fridge and freezer, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as sound travels pretty well and we could hear some of the comings and goings of the upstairs neighbors.Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place to Stay in Erie!

We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Home away from home

My family enjoyed an extended holiday weekend in this very comfortable and clean apartment which had all the comforts of home including some essential food items. Robert was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay an extra couple days, always promptly responding, which we truly appreciated, especially given over 30 inches of fresh lake effect snow blanketed the Erie coastline across PA and NY within the initial 24 hrs of our stay. We’ll be back (probably in summer tho 😉).to enjoy it’s proximity to downtown and Presque Isle penninsula.

This house had such character & is tastefully done. It is located in a quiet neighborhood & is convenient to Presque Isle. It is as very clean. The host had great communication. We were given very clear instructions on the check-in & check-out process. He provided everything we needed. We were very pleased with the property.

Great place to stay when in Erie

This older home has 2 apartments. We stayed in the lower level. It was large, clean & comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was great. There were additional nice touches like some food left for us. The location was great-A quick drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment, located near Presque Isle

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay with family to do some fun things near Presque Isle and also do a vineyard tour in the area. Easy access to apartment, thoughtful stocking of eggs, milk and cereal for us too! Highly recommend in in Erie area.

High Recommend!

This first floor apartment was Impeccably clean upon arrival, tastefully appointed and well-stocked with all the necessities one could need until getting to a grocery store. This was one of the nicest rentals Ive ever stayed in. The owner was was easy to reach when I had questions and he was very helpful. This is a beautiful neighborhood c reflective of the lovely city of Erie. It's just a few blocs from the Bayfront highway and 15 minutes from the entrance to Presquile State park. When I return to eerie I will always try to stay here.

The apartment was nice, clean and the manager was helpful with our one issue. The issue we had was the first night, the tenants upstairs had a party that lasted till 1:00 am when I called the manager to complain. The manager did resolve the issue and by 1:40 am we were finally able to get sleep. Other than that our stay was good.

The house was so charming and the price and location was fabulous. I was in town for my mom's funeral and the space etc was a blessing. The only thing was that the bathroom had mold that 8 cleaned around the tub.window shelf, and under window. Thanks

Birthday getaway.

This place was like stepping back in time. A very beautiful, historic home situated in a quiet side street with trees in the middle of the street ( I thought this was pretty unusual and appreciated the view of oak and maple trees from the porch.) The bedrooms were large and quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was close to everything , so many trips to Presque Isle State Park and Grasshopper were taken. Everything was beautiful and well maintained , it made for a memorable stay for my birthday. I recommend this property. You won't be let down.
