“Property showed signs of wear and tear. Scuffs and marks on the wall in the room. Loose screw in the shower. Caulking around the toilet was not where the toilet was. No free coffee. All ice machines on the each floor were broken. No free breakfast. The staff running the cafe for breakfast could not operate the cash register and the food was horrible. Had to wait longer than normal to get breakfast made, and we were the only ones that had ordered at that time. Will not stay at this...

“The reason for the 4 star review is because when we first got there, our room's toilet wasnt working. We switched rooms and everything was good. Then when we came back after being out all day, our key didnt work. So got it fixed. So all in all, good experience just some minor set backs. But the staff was amazing!”

First they gave us a key to a room someone was already occupying, however it was due to booking through a third party so (not necessarily the staff fault), then the top latch on the door in our second room did not work, the room wasn’t cleaned appropriately/ trash still in the ice bucket and the bathroom was a little gross as well as some other small things, and lastly the toilet broke twice and...

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”
