“Hotel molto bello in tutto, unico neo che la camera era rumorosissima a causa della macchina del condizionatore, non il nostro ma quello dell’hotel che era nella nostra camera.”
“The Emily Hotel was in a convenient area of Chicago close to the family wedding we were attending in mid-September.
Rooms were clean modern and had loads of desk space but no dressers or nightstands.
Staff was helpful in telling us about the nearby parking garage beneath the Google building across the street. We parked our car there for $57/ day vs Valet for $85 (with unlimited in and) at The Emily.
We would stay there again. ”

“The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. “We came to Chicago to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)!
