“My stay here was the perfect finale to wind down from an extensive road trip of Lisbon, Nazare, Aveiro and Porto. The grounds, lobby and room exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room, all on 1st floor, was sparkling clean with a view of olive trees. Mini fridge partially stocked with plenty of extra room. Air conditioned as well. “The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. We will return again and I recommend it to everyone looking for an ideal place to relax!”

“La patronne de l'établissement est d'une grande gentillesse et elle parle français. Cet établissement est superbe, vous avez des animaux de ferme, on s'évade car ce lieu en pleine campagne sort vraiment de ce qu'on a l'habitude de voir dans les hôtels. Petit déjeuner copieux. Pas de repas mais vous avez des restaurants proches en véhicule. Je me suis arrêté une nuit lors d'un Road Trip en moto et pour les motards vous pourrez garer votre moto en toute sécurité.”

“Fabulous location, set in vineyards and olive groves. Ended up in one of the suites overlooking the pool, which was wonderful. Restaurant menu was varied and the food was good. Great staff, who also arranged a visit to the Santa Vitoria wine cellars for us.”

“It’s in the country. If you want to be surrounded by nature, serenity and great hospitality this is the place for you. There’s a tennis court and a pool. Bed was very comfortable and there is a small patio off all rooms. No TV in the room but they have a common area with a TV that you can watch. You must have a car for this rural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

“Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. ”

“This is not a 4 start hotel, 3 at best. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is perfect to relax and unwind, however service and quality needs to be improved to keep up with expectations of a boutique hotel recommended by Condenast. The room is clean but basic, doesn’t provide any coffee/tea, which is now basic expectation for this kind of hotels. The food is a 1 star rating, this is canteen quality, not an hotel restaurant. Dinner is really cheap (only 25€), however I would like to pay...

“It was a relaxing place to rest after a long drive from Porto city. Surrounded by farmland it was a quiet and serene, Staff was professional. Breakfast was great...ample choice and variety of delicious fresh food. Although we did not utilize, there are two swimming pools available. Added bonus were the farm animals....great for all ages. Enjoyable stay1”
