  • Agence Cocoonr offers you the Ker Julien apartment, the ideal pied-à-terre for enjoying the sea and the magnificent walks in the Bay of Erquy. The 87 m² apartment, located on the second floor of a house, comprises a living room with sea view, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a shower room.

    Ker Julien is on the second floor of a house with two apartments. Another 95 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms is also rented on the first floor. Possibility of privatizing the house.

    - A living room and dining area opening onto the sea-view balcony. You'll never tire of admiring the magnificent view over the bay of Erquy.

KER JULIEN 🙂 Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und ruhig. Man hat von Balkon, Küche und Wohnzimmer einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Hafen von Erquy. Es gibt viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. In der Touristinfo in Erquy kann man sich schnell informieren und kann auch Events buchen. Es gibt direkt vor der Ferienwohnung einen schönen Strand und weitere sehr schöne Strände sind in den Nachbarorten zu finden. Auch weil viele Franzosen selbst dort Urlaub machen fühlt man diesen französischen Charm besonders.
