Le Matelot 3* is an apartment of 63 m² ideally located in the port of Erquy, 10 meters from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea! The bright and quiet apartment, completely renovated, consists of a beautiful living room sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed sea view, a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Sheets and towels included for stays of 7 nights and more. Extra charge for sheets and towels for stays of less than 7 nights: 20 € / person.

The apartment:
Located on the second floor with elevator, the ideal apartment for a stay with family or friends.
Day area:
- Large bright living room facing south-west with a magnificent view of the bay of Erquy!
- Dining area with a table and 4 chairs
- Living room fitted out with armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, plates, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, dishwasher.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm, magnificent sea view
- Bedroom 2: two single beds 80 x 200 cm that can be grouped into a double bed. Terrace for relaxing (no sea view).

Appartement mit einem wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr schön gefunden. Sie hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Erquy ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon glücklicherweise nach hinten raus, denn gerade im Sommer verursachen die Autos und die vielen Touristen recht viel Lärm. Im Schlafzimmer

Schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Strandblick und hervorragender Lage in Erquy

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen (direkt am alten Hafen von Erquy). Uns hat die Ferienwohnung außerordentlich gefallen. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Es ist alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, guter Herd, Waschmaschine). Bei allen Fragen wurde uns immer schnell und sehr zuvorkommend durch das Team der Agence Ajamo geholfen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très agréable

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la location : tout confort, de l'espace et de la lumière, une vue superbe sur le port, de l'animation et d'excellents restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Un petit détail : il manque de quoi étendre la lessive. L'inconvénient : avoir plusieurs interlocuteurs pour la location a été source de malentendus un peu stressants.

Très jolie location, spacieuse, lumineuse, meublée avec goût et très confortable. Agréable attention du propriétaire dès l'arrivée : cidre breton et petits biscuits. La vue sur la baie d'Erquy, la mer et le phare nous ont enchanté.

Retour aux sources pour décompresser

Super appartement tres fonctionnel et bien aménagé avec une vue tres reposante et tres agreable sur le port. Dommage de devoir attendre 1h30 pour obtenir les clés apres plus de 10h de voyage! Il y a bien d’autres solutions pour eviter ce genre de désagrément
