Right in the centre of the town of Erquy, we are offering for rent this beautiful, very well insulated and decorated villa, combining an old traditional stone building and a modern extension, with a great sea view. With a surface area of 180 m² and ideal for 8 travellers, the house comprises a large main living room, a second living room that can be used as an extra bedroom, a pretty 40 m² living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, four beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom. There is also a well-exposed 30m² terrace.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large 40 m² living room with sea view, sofa, armchairs, TV and DVD, wood-burning stove (wood not included), library, board games and plaids.
- A 40 m² kitchen and dining room, fully equipped and with a great sea view: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, raclette machine, hob... a central island and dining table for enjoying a good meal.
- A small sitting room (TV and DVD) at the rear that can be used as an extra bedroom with a double sofa bed
- Laundry/shower room adjoining the small lounge
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200) with en-suite shower room, double vanity unit, large dressing room and magnificent sea view
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds on the mezzanine, with a games area
- Bedroom 5: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace, sheltered from the wind, with an outdoor table for 8 people, as well as garden furniture, with two large parasols and a sea view.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue, high chair, cot, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is situated on the seafront, just in front of the main beach in the centre of the village, on the quiet part of the street, with the shops just behind. Everything is within walking distance: food shops, butchers, bakers, mini-market, newsagent, cinema, chemist, etc. The pretty marina and fishing port is a 15-minute walk away, with all its restaurants and evening entertainment.

Activities :
- For sports enthusiasts, the nine beaches of Erquy and their many bathing opportunities are obviously waiting for them, but also fishing on foot at low tide.
- The port and its yacht club are a 15-minute walk away: sailing and windsurfing lessons for all ages, boat and jet ski hire, diving club, visit to the fish market in the fishing port....
- The house is located on the GR 34 long-distance hiking trail in Brittany and very close to Cap d'Erquy and its hiking and mountain-biking trails. Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy have been awarded the "Grand Site de France" label, making them one of the most visited sites in Brittany, for the unspoilt beauty of their landscapes and the many walks available.
- Horse-riding clubs, sand yachting and golf courses (Sables d'or, Val André in particular) are just a short drive away.
- For cultural visits, Erquy is a very old site, just a few minutes from the beautiful Château de Bienassis, Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. A little further afield are the medieval towns of Moncontour and Dinan. Saint Malo and Dinard are around 45 minutes away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the house (unallocated space) or in the free public car park 10 metres away.

Erquy can be reached by car or by train (Saint-Brieuc or Lamballe stations 30 minutes away), then by bus or taxi. Rennes airport is an hour away, and Dinard airport 45 minutes. Once there, everything can be done on foot.

- A double sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional travellers, on request and at an additional cost. Please specify when booking.
