“Les toits de Nazado” is a cozy and bright 43-square-meter apartment, ideally located in the heart of Erquy in a quiet and secure residence (on the second and top floor, with an elevator), featuring a locked garage in the basement equipped with an electrical outlet, suitable for a car or bicycles.
The central beach is 400 meters away, and shops are 100 meters away. Its location is ideal, making it a great starting point for hikes along the magnificent GR34 trail.The apartment has been completely renovated with high-quality materials and furnishings, and includes:

- A living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (160x200), opening onto a balcony (3 m²) with an unobstructed view of the city and part of its headland;
- A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a large dishwasher, induction cooktop, combination microwave-oven, refrigerator with freezer…;
- A private sleeping area with a double bed (140x190);
- A bathroom with a washing machine;
- Separate toilet;
- Entryway with ample storage.

Sheets and towels provided; bed made upon your arrival.
Baby gear (high chair, toilet seat reducer, and travel crib) provided free of charge upon request.
