With a capacity of 6 people, the house is about 110 m² and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 180 and 1 other with bed 140 + 2 beds 90) and the 2 bathrooms (each with shower, washbasin and WC).
Upstairs, you can enjoy the bright living room giving access to the terrace with a superb sea view. TV lounge area, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. ), everything is there to spend a good holiday and not miss anything.
On the mezzanine, accessible by a spiral staircase, a 3rd bedroom of 15 m² with a double bed (140 cm). The house is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, barbecue, bed linen and towels are provided, 2 parking spaces available.

Neighbourhood
Access to the nearest beach in 5 minutes on foot. Port at 2 min walk
Nearest village a few kms away (shops, mini-markets, etc)

Transport
Private parking in the subdivision, next to the house. A car is recommended but if necessary, a shuttle bus (from the port, 2 min walk) can take you to the nearest village where you will find all the small shops in the area.
