Fantastic house with everything you would expect to find from extra zip lock bags, to spices and all the dishes. Beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again.

The whole experience from booking the lodge to checking out, went extremely smooth. The host was very prompt on answering communications and any questions I had. The lodge was well equipped with everthing we needed for our stay. Especially having games there available for the kids to enjoy. The lodge was beautiful inside and out and well maintained. My whole family was extremely happy with the whole experience!

We loved staying at the Jewel of Escalante. The house was clean, well situated with a view all around, and extremely well stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed the lovely area down by the creek, easy to take the path down to the creekside and linger. The soft sound of the running water could be heard up on the deck of the house. We had an excellent time at the Jewel.

We'll be back!

This location was perfect for our group to stay while exploring the trails in Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. The hosts were amazing and very communicative during our trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property - exceeds expectations

Loved our stay here. Location was fantastic and the property is even nicer than I expected from the descriptions of the photos. Dinner with friends on the beautiful deck with the expansive view as the backdrop is a memory I won't soon forget.

This was our second time staying here. We love the views and area. We love the house and the comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen. The host is very responsive and we so appreciated that. We would come again.

Lovely home, probably the best place to stay for hundreds of miles! I will be back in the future that I knew the moment it came time to leave. Can’t wait to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel of Escalante! Plenty of space to spread out, views are amazing, convenient to town, great kitchen, lots of games for amazing family memories!!

Fabulous location

Location was remote, but what we desired. Property was in excellent condition and well laid out for us and our friends. Views were fantastic. Overall, a very enjoyable and peaceful get-away.

Fantastic

We felt spoiled to be staying in the Jewel of Escalante! As other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen was well stocked and that we so helpful! The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed visiting the many sites around Escalante and then relaxing in the evening together. We plan to stay here again when we return someday.

Excellent get away

This house and the area are stunning. The house sits by itself and has amazing views. It’s private and clean. All bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. Property manager was great to work with.

Jewel of the Escalante

We prefer vacations away from cities but close to areas of interest. This house sits on a bluff looking down on a creek. It is a beautiful setting and we thoroughly enjoyed the B&B down below for breakfast. There is a new restaurant on that property with an outstanding chef. For all who want a real “get away” from the rest of the world, this is an ideal spot.

Nice set up for 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen. Unique location - babbling brook, stars at night. So exciting to see cattle wander through property! Close by- petrified forest is a must do and escalante outfitters had great pizza.

Wonderful location in Escalante!

We stayed here with two other couples in order to be near all of the hiking in Bryce and Escalante. Fabulous location with terrific space. Everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to eat and relax both indoors and outside. The stars at night are amazing with no other lights around! Will come back the next time we’re with family or friends to explore more of the area.
