This beautifully renovated 1,468 sq. ft. home sits on a generous 0.45-acre lot, offering a perfect mix of privacy, stunning lake views, and easy access to nature. Featuring a large deck to enjoy the outdoors, this home provides both comfort and adventure, just minutes from local dining and shopping. The fully fenced and gated property is surrounded by lush, mature landscaping, creating a tranquil escape.

Located on the upper level, this room features a king-sized bed and sweeping lake views. The private bath and spacious closet offer convenience, while sliding doors lead to the second-floor deck.

The garage is closed for parking but available for guest use. Inside, you’ll find a Peloton bike, perfect for getting a great workout during your stay! Convenient driveway parking is available instead.

There is space for 4 cars in the driveway, and street parking is also available. The car garage will be closed and used for other purposes.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. Having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended. Uber and Lyft are also available for convenient travel to local attractions and nearby areas.

➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Lake Hodges has specific rules and access policies. Please refer to the official City of San Diego website for more information.
➤ The electric grill is fueled by wood pellets. Supplies are available for guest use when stocked; otherwise, guests are responsible for providing their own.
➤ Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
➤ Please turn outside lights off when you go to bed. Neighbors are trying to keep a “dark sky” feel around the area.
➤ You can usually find patio cushions outdoors, but during winter or rains, a number of the cushions will be inside the house. You may certainly use them but some will not be in storage bins when you arrive!
➤ Pets allowed with $75 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 50 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ The house has 2 ring cameras that are on the outside and active (unless they batteries die. There are no other cameras or noise montiors/ meters in the house, and there are no other cameras in the house.
