This restored Landes farmhouse, with its ground and first floors, has been designed for your comfort and sits on 3,000 m² of enclosed grounds. The ground floor offers: an open-plan living area serving as a kitchen and dining room, fully fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, three-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and electric oven; a lounge with a television area; 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm); a bathroom with a bathtub; a separate toilet; and a utility room housing a washing machine and dryer. The first floor comprises two large bedrooms with sloping ceilings: one with two single beds (90x190cm), and the other with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm); a separate toilet; and a shower room. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living area, radiators in the bedrooms, and heated towel rails in each bathroom. Heating is charged for electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day. Baby equipment is available, including a travel cot and high chair. You'll enjoy the spacious and pleasant covered terrace with its garden furniture, overlooking the garden for relaxing moments outdoors. Amenities include a gas griddle, sun loungers, and a swing for the little ones. Just opposite the cottage, you might spot sheep grazing. There's a covered but open carport for one car.
