“Haus Seeperle,” featuring six fantastic vacation apartments, is located at the beginning of Seestraße and thus right in the heart of Bensersiel. The North Sea spa town of Bensersiel is situated directly on the unique natural spectacle known as the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.

In our six properties—“Kapitänshaus,” “Haus Ankerplatz,” “Haus Südermole,” “Haus Pier 18,” “Residenz Waterkant,” and “Haus Seeperle,” a total of 23 beautifully and modernly designed vacation rentals and apartments of various sizes, all superbly equipped to meet almost any vacation need.

The four properties—“Kapitänshaus,” “Haus Ankerplatz,” “Haus Südermole,” and “Haus Pier 18”—with a total of 15 vacation rentals and apartments are located right next to each other on the same street, “Lammertshörn,” in the heart of Bensersiel. However, they are still separate from one another, each located a few meters away from the other buildings. This ensures you always feel as though you’re enjoying a cozy and extremely comfortable vacation in a small, intimate setting. The vacation apartments at “Haus Seeperle” range in size from approximately 80 to 60 square meters and are designed to accommodate up to four people. They are very inviting, bright, cozy, modern, and very comfortably furnished, as well as superbly equipped. For example, five of the six vacation apartments feature their own furnished terrace or balcony. All apartments have modern kitchens, fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your vacation, and a washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

“Haus Seeperle” is ideally located for your stay in Bensersiel. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach facilities, and all other tourist attractions and amenities—as well as many charming little shops (for example, in the “Deichpassage”), cafés, and numerous other dining options—are also in the immediate vicinity.

It’s just a very short walk, for example, to the “Nordseetherme Bensersiel” water park, a modern, heated fun and leisure pool. All spa facilities, as well as a modern wellness, sauna, and fitness center, are also located there. At the “Nordseetherme Bensersiel,” you can really treat yourself.

You’re just a few meters away from your evening stroll in the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” along the North Sea. The dike east of the Bensersiel harbor begins right outside the front door of the “Residenz Waterkant.” Then you can simply take a short stroll—or even walk for a few hours—and enjoy the sunset over the Wadden Sea.

For example, if you stroll past the harbor to the beach facilities, you’ll find the beach itself, complete with an adventure playground and the “Kunterbunt” children’s center. In addition, the beach features the new “Strandportal” with “Bennis Abenteuerland,” a covered beach area for children. There’s also the seawater outdoor pool with a giant slide, the maritime sports theme park, and many more ideas to make the most of your vacation.

The Kajedeich along the “Benser Tief” is perfect for wonderful bike rides inland along the “Benser Tief.”

Very close to Bensersiel lies Esens, the “parlor” of the Harlingerland region. You can reach Esens by car in about five minutes. The best way is to take a bike and ride through the marshlands along the “Hammerweg” or along the idyllic “Kajedeich” by the “Benser Tief” mentioned earlier. Wonderful tours await you.
