“Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay.”

“First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend.”

“I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. She deserves a raise. Please commend her on a wonderful job. Thank you.”

“Stay one week with my wife. Some bad things , first there are few hiden rules , like no visitor in room , or surcharge for alkohol brought from outside, please look full rules i enclosed picture of it.Hotels.com supposed to informe customers about that on the description.Window in the room was just blinde and face brick wall, look picture, that also supposed to be described. Room.old and need paint, tv was ok , cleaning daily but upon request.Often black out , but they have generator so no...

“I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.”
