“It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous...

“First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend.”

“This is the first hotel I have booked through Hotels.com and to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. The room is not as advertised. The walls are plywood which in effect takes away most of the benefit of the AC. The shower is a good size, the bed is not. The swimming pool is not clean, the water slide is damaged. There is no food available at this establishment, or any coffee or cold refreshments. This is basically a swimming pool complex with some wooden rooms. I pay...
