“We loved this lovingly restored old mercantile/home before we even walked in the door. The owner maintained all the original beauty and characteristics. He even arranged for a local restaurant to make the one meal we love and hadn’t been able to find. Breakfast was absolutely lovely surrounded by so much history.”

“Un endroit exceptionnel ! J'ai adoré mon séjour et je réserverai de nouveau. C'est l'emplacement idéal : tout près de l'océan et à distance raisonnable du centre historique de Porto. C'est même agréable d'y aller à pied si vous aimez les longues promenades au bord du Douro pour croiser les Portuans qui vivent et profitent de leur ville (et pas seulement des touristes !). Le matin sous la brume, le spectacle est tout simplement magnifique.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable, check in was easy, and the location was great, just a block away from the ocean and close to public transit.
If you come by car like I did, be prepared to pay about 30 euro a night for parking. The parking garage is up just one block and easily accessible from the hotel.”

“Negativo
El porto suites está en una calle de adoquines con mucho tráfico cuesta abajo. Nos tocó la suite 5 y se oye MUCHO RUIDO. Los coches, la gente hablando, las gaviotas... TODO. Las ventanas son viejas y no está aislado de ruido. Para dormir fatal.
NO hay ascensor. La puerta de la calle da portazo cada vez que viene alguien.
Las almohadas están amarillas bajo el almohadón. Se ve sin quitar.
No hay personal para atenderte. El check in lo haces on line antes de ir.

“Ottima colazione, posizione centrale, vicinanza alla metro, vicinanza a diversi locali.
Durante la notte si sentono diversi rumori ma in quella zona è normale , si risolve chiudendo le finestre.”
