The Space

Located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is spread over two levels and offers a well-balanced mix of functionality and comfort.

Lower Level:

- Cozy bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and central heating.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine.

Upper Level:

- Bright living/dining room with sofa, TV, and dining table, ideal for relaxing, working, or enjoying a quiet meal.

- Private balcony with table and chairs, perfect for a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Location

The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area of Espinho. The train station is just a 2-minute walk, and in 5 to 6 minutes you’ll reach the coast. The Praia da Baía, one of the most iconic beaches in the region, is only an 8-minute walk away.

Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and local restaurants. With great train connections, you can easily visit Porto, Gaia, or Aveiro - no car needed.

Good to Know

- 3rd floor with no elevator: access is by stairs (not recommended for guests with reduced mobility)
- No air conditioning, but the apartment has good natural ventilation
- The living room and balcony are accessed via an indoor staircase
- The balcony faces other residential buildings, offering an urban view
- Paid street parking, subject to availability

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
