“Every hotel room should take note the Mere does it right. I have high expectations for cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The storage unit is a great use of space and the two robes came in handy because the room was either freezing or too warm. That’s one of two negatives. I think the thermometer wasn’t working correctly, yes I mentioned it when I checked out. The only other complaint was the parking. Definitely not enough and the spots are very tight.we had a truck and couldn’t fit into...

“We love this hotel! It feels smaller and very service oriented. The staff were amazing! The Gold service was absolutely excellent with a wonderful breakfast each day and friendly and professional Concierge. The location of the Fairmont Winnipeg is also perfect for all sorts of walking or exploring cafes, bars and restaurants in the Exchange District. Love it!”

“Hotel was being used as a housing unit for some misplaced individuals. We thought it would be fine so we proceeded with our stay at the hotel only to arrive and immediately ask that we be switched to a new hotel. Floors 1-9 were FULL, consequently could not use any of the amenities they had to offer us. We were escorted even in the elevators by security with random people running in and out of the building a very unsettling experience. Area around the hotel was not nice either. ”

“They always try to place Expedia customers near the elevators so request to be far away from elevators or you’ll be hearing beeps and chimes all day and night. No CNN available so you won’t be able to watch any relevant / accurate news. Decent property though, nice pool and hot tub area. Hotel attracts a better crowd none of the ‘local trouble makers ‘ stay here.”

“I travelled there for eye surgery and stayed 2 nights and it was a great hotel. I liked that it had a gym and waterslide and the staff was friendly. I also liked the one bar attached to it and the restaurant was good. They also had a Cowboys nightclub attached to it but the lineup was too long on the Saturday night so we didn’t end up going there. Would easily stay there again 😊”
