“Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

“The breakfast staff were very helpful with my gluten-free requests. Hot tub would be a nice evening activity!”

“We had nice spacious junior suite. Carpet had a few stains and the shower head was old and had little water pressure. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Nice and close to a lot amenities. Staff were very friendly.”

“Hotel di lusso molto bello. Le camere molto ampie e super accessoriate, letto comodissimo. La posizione è eccezionale praticamente al centro di tutto. Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“Honestly I wish I could rate it higher but a couple things were a little disappointing. First they were having issues with the elevators which I understand probably was just bad luck, that being said it was frustrating waiting up to 10 minutes each way to get outside unfortunately we were on the 8th floor so stairs with all our luggage wasn’t really an opiton. Secondly it looked as though the flooring in the room was recently changes which was nice but in the bathroom and shower remnants of old...

“The staff were absolutely stellar. Very accommodating and pleasant. The facility is situated in a wonderful area on the water.”

“Great service! Very clean! My only issue was that when the people in the rooms around you turned the water on for a shower or a bath is was REALLY loud! Really loud. It actually woke me up from a deep sleep when someone nearby turned the water on for a shower. And it was loud for the entirety of the shower. It was bad enough that I would think twice before staying there again.”

“Good location, safe and walkable. Our room had non functioning hair dryer and barely functioning phone. It took 4 requests and 24 hours to have hair dryer replaced (which seems ridiculous !) and phone never addressed. I wish they provided breakfast or discount at nearby restaurant. Fruit bowl and coffee/tea isn’t good enough.”

Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.”
