“Nice quiet comfortable setting. There is a full kitchen. The online description is incorrect. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely stay there again!”

“I have stayed at this Vrbo 2 times now. It is renovated house that has other tenants at least 2 other units. The parking is confusing as it states park in the parking lot closest to the road but that is not clear at the site. The kitchen stuff is slim and there is NO salt at all. ,”

“Great place to stay; easy and convenient. A great comfy place and has almost everything you may need. One important note…there are no closets and nowhere to put your clothes to hang them up. We were there for UVM Graduation. So had to live out of suitcases. A bit of confusion with checkout…you call Housekeeping when you leave….which I did…but the number had no working voicemail. Sent a note….never heard from anyone.”

“This was exactly as advertised! Parking was easy to use and next to house. Host was quick to respond. The house was very clean and spacious. Loved having the washer and dryer, it was a game changer. I give a very happy and honest 5 stars!”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”
