“Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!”

“The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all. “Amazing experience. We were lucky to have joint rooms with kids and adults having their separate rooms which made aour stay super comfortable. Fantastic view on the room balcony and at the restaurant (inside and outside). Nice quiet private beach with very short walk to the beach club for lots of fun with kids. We recommend 100%.”
