Overhead light in the bungalo did not work. Porch light did not work. Tv had verticle lines in the middle of the screen. A second tv had no remote, so could not be used. Only decaf coffee. No snorkle equipment. Was supposed to have some available. Food service was slow.

I enjoyed the property itself — the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean with private beachfront balconies, and the food and drinks (when available) were good. Some staff members, especially the chef, truly went out of their way to make things work with what they had, and I really appreciated ...

The Buccaneer is a top notch resort with friendly staff, excellent food and drinks, beautiful beaches and golf course. We couldn’t get enough of swimming around in gentle surf of Mermaid Beach. We didn’t want to leave so we extended our checkout for a reasonable fee. We would definitely go back.
