Had to call maintenance for the TV to work. Told the maintenance guy that the refrigerator WAS NOT COLD!!! Nobody never came back to replace or fix it. Beds were comfortable. This hotel is not for business travelers. You have to ride a shuttle through the resort the shuttle has improved however, it doesn't operate efficently enough if you are on business.
