"We had an ant issue in our room. I sent a text message, cause that’s how you communicate with the front desk staff. The guy sprayed something, whatever he done. It only last a few minutes. They came back. I sent another one & I also ask to speak to a supervisor. No one never call me nor came to our ..."

"This resort is AWESOME! Staff is super friendly and absolutely stunning views - well maintained - the owner Mrs. Elizabeth’s weekly Nature History Tour was an added bonus. She is very passionate about and very involved here at the Buccaneer Resort . Will for sure be back !"
