“The location was excellent. We had a billing issue at check-in and were almost charged twice, but the staff corrected it promptly after confirming that our stay had already been prepaid.
There were a few drawbacks: there was no phone signal, no soap was provided in the room, and breakfast was just average. Additionally, because the reservation was made through a third-party booking site, we did not receive any loyalty points for the stay.
