“Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. “Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western.
I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage.

“The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. ”

“The room itself and breakfast area were very clean. The king room was tiny, but adequate for one night's stay. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. The hotel is in a busy area, but noise was not an issue on the 1st floor. Didn't feel too good about the unlocked side door to the building, but the front desk employee said it would be ok. Breakfast had multiple options, but eggs were very watery and waffles very dry. ”

“The bed comforter was ripped, only 2 hangers in closet and no luggage rack. 2 drawers. The gym was not in use and some of the ice machines. The rugs were stained throughout all the halls. The breakfast manager yelled openly at his staff regarding closing exactly at 9:00. The coffee was watered down. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked ac / heat worked. ”
