Beautiful & Relaxing

Property is spacious and modern. The owners where attentive and dealt with any queries I had. She gave a detailed explanation of the property and invited us to help ourselves to anything the property and garden had. (Wish the Mango's were ripe). Location for me was perfect, it is just out of town so got the rural feel but a short drive or uber and you're in a busy town that caters for everything. Would highly recommend and would definitely rebook.

Niet geheel wat je verwacht

Ontvangst door Lucia was fijn en duidelijk, helaas hebben we wel ervaren dat het veel achterstallig onderhoud heeft. Niet geheel schoon, rondom het huis heel veel vuil, niet aangeveegd, tegeltjes die loslaten van het zwembad (waardoor scherpe randen niet fijn zeker als je er met kinderen verblijft), lig bedjes die uit elkaar vallen en het buitenmeubilair wat op de foto’s getoond word, komt niet overeen met wat er nu staat. Lampen kapot, douche knop op half elf, stank in de badkamer. Helaas voor ons niet wat we ervan hebben verwacht, we hopen dat de eigenaren er weer iets moois van maken ipv laten te verloederen… En iets scherper zijn op de schoonmaak werkzaamheden. De ligging is heel fijn! Dicht bij de kust en het leuke dorpje waar genoeg te eten en te zien is, wel dicht langs een auto weg maar dit is duidelijk van te voren aangegeven.

Gute Unterkunft für eine Freundesgruppe

Die Kommunikation mit Lucia war gut, Check in hat problemlos geklappt. Bei Rückfragen war sie jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles da. Es gibt einen schönen großen Pool. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und liegt an der Autobahn, dadurch ist es laut. Dennoch ist es eine gute und schöne Unterkunft für eine Freundesgruppe oder Familien mit Haustieren.

Great accommodations clean and tidy

We stayed as a group of 8, two families with 4 kids in total. The communal area was perfect in size as was the outside area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchens were equipped with all cooking equipment and bbq tools etc. the pool was well used by the kids even in November (it was cold but didn’t stop them) this is the only area of the property that could use updating - missing tiles and peeling paint but this was the end of the summer so presume this is to be carried out. The host was great communicator and was available if we had any issues and checked in with us a few times to check we were happy with our stay and accommodation. The location is remote, you do need a car but we were aware of this before we booked. It is close to the road too we were aware of this having read other reviews and we got used to traffic noise so it did not bother us. The only thing that would have made the holiday better for us was the weather 😊 but that’s what you get when you travel in October / November. We all enjoyed and are happy with the description as listed.

Slidt men OK villa. Skøn stor pool. Lidt for afsides i forhold til det centrale område i Estepona. Beliggende mellem 2 motorveje så imponerede megen støj derfra, som krævede tilvænning.

Everything we wanted and more

We loved our time here. Our only gripe was we only booked a week. We found the taxis of Estepona to be unreliable but the ubers made up for it and Uber pinpoint exactly where you are so the language barrier was not an issue. Communication was fantastic and we really felt this was a home from home. Would 100% book again!

Lovely family break

We enjoyed a great family break at this traditional villa set in its own grounds. The pool, which is huge, was used every day! The villa was clean and spacious and had everything you would need to cook and clean. When we visited it was very hot and air con would have been amazing; however, we knew at the time of booking that this was not available. There are ceiling fans in all room which helps a bit to keep cool. The villa is in a secluded location surrounded by gardens and trees which although lovely, the local taxis found difficult to find. As we only spoke a little Spanish, The taxi company drew us a map and directions which was great for future trips. Having a car is handy but you can walk to town in about 25 minutes, if the temperature isn’t too high. We had a few family BBQ’s using the facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a family holiday.

La casa es antigua y está bastante descuidada, excepto la cocina que está bien. Parte exterior sucia sin quitar las hojas en semanas, por tanto piscina sucia siempre. Las ventanas y las cortinas llenas de bichos pegados. La iluminación de la casa es tétrica y la parte exterior oscura por la noche. El agua sale siempre caliente. La ubicación no está lejos del centro pero está junto a la autopista y el ruido es molesto. Poco confortable en general y en definitiva no vale lo que pagas, hay que esforzarse un poco más para alquilar.

Hermoso Lugar! 5 Estrellas

La casa es super linda,la piscina super grande y refrescante, los duenos super amables y atentos por ayudar con qualquier cosa, es el lugar perfecto para estar tranqui en un grupito de 6-8 personas, la costa del sol es muy interesante con mucho para ver. En total les doy 5 Estrellas en todo =)

Vi har kost oss i denne boligen, men har et par forbedringspunkter. En del av utemøblene var dårlig forfatning, litt lite drikke glass, renholdet kunne vært bedre. Ellers, veldig fornøyd med service fra utleier, flott basseng. Kommer gjerne tilbake😁

Schönes Haus. Klasse Pool.

Im Haus ist alles und alle Haushalts- und Küchengeräte vorhanden. Ein klasse, fast bis drei Meter tiefer Pool laden zum Baden ein. Grillparty Feuer frei. Orangen sind zum pflücken reif. Einzig die Schnellstraße liegt etwas in der Nähe. Es war klasse in Spanien. Sofort wieder da hin.

Voldoet aan verwachting

Fijne vakantie gehad. Lucia spreekt goed Engels en in goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp! Huis was wat we er van hadden verwacht. Verwacht overigens niet een volledig schoon huis. Badkamer was nog beetje vies, maar Lucia heeft toen netjes een schoonmaker gestuurd. Het zwembad was overigens wel heel schoon! Jammer dat er maar vier stand bedjes waren terwijl we met zeven waren. Ligging van het huis verder prima.

Relaxing shirt stay

The villa is in a secluded location within easy reach of the beach an tow centre. The villa spatio-temporal, well equipped and comfortable for our family of four adults. On arrival we were met by the owners family who took the time to welcome us and explain all of the facilities and the fruit trees in the garden. The only caveat is the background noise from the local motorway (AP7), though not intrusive it was noticeable during the day. Overall a wonderful stay in a delightful villa with great weather and all amenities available in Estepona.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und von Ankunft bis Abreise sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist super schön und bietet eine Menge Platz. Es gibt diverse Sitzgelegenheiten in Schatten und Sonne. Große Tische sowohl drinnen als auch draußen (überdacht) und zahlreiche Liegen am schönen Pool. Zudem sind ausreichend Strandhandtücher, Spielsachen für Kinder (Sandspielzeuge, Luftmatratze, Ball) und ein Grill vorhanden. Estepona bietet viel Strand, einen netten Hafen und ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Flanieren und gutes Essen im Ort. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt für Tagesausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen (z.B. Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga). Die Autobahn direkt vor dem Haus darf man sicher nicht unerwähnt lassen. Es ist laut. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte das Bedenken. Uns ging es so, dass uns das Geräusch nach dem zweiten Tag aber kaum noch gestört hat. Mit der Betreuung vor Ort waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Luxe woning!!

Wij waren van 9 t/m 16 oktober met 7 volwassenen in deze woning. Het voldeed ruim aan onze verwachting, ruim voldoende kookgerei en goed meubilair en heerlijk zwembad. Ligging is goed, geen buren in de directe omgeving maar klein minpunten is de snelweg die dicht in de buurt ligt. Naarmate de tijd vordert wen je daar echter aan. Goeie communicatie met de dochter vd eigenaar via de app.

Tolles Objekt mit "Autobahnanbindung"

Das Objekt ist liebevoll verwaltet und für spanische Verhältnisse gut gepflegt. Vor allem ist es mit Waschmaschine, sämtlichen Küchenzubehör, 2 Doppel- und 4 Einzelbetten, 2 Bädern, einem großen und sauberen Pool klasse ausgestattet. Estepona selbst machte auf uns im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Orten den Eindruck eines Geheimtipps. Überhaupt nicht überlaufen und auch nicht überkommerzialisiert. Einziges Manko dieser und fast aller Unterkünfte in der Region ist die Ausrichtung zur Autobahn/Schnellstraße. Man muss leider sagen, dass die Autogeräusche ständig präsent waren und man sich beim Abendbrot zumindest mal sehr laut unterhalten musste. Wer das gewöhnt ist, hat hier ein tolles Haus. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte unseres Erachtens nach ins Landesinnere gehen. Wir danken Lucia und ihrem Vater für die Betreuung vor Ort und erinnern uns gern an die Kombination aus Meer und Bergen.
