Spazioso appartamento di 160 metri quadrati, situato sulla spiaggia, nel grazioso complesso di Bahia de la Plata. La terrazza (40 metri quadrati) offre una vista sulla spiaggia, piscine all'aperto e giardino tropicale (splendidamente illuminato la sera). Posizione fantastica con cancelli sicuri, accesso diretto alla spiaggia e accesso illimitato a SPA e palestra. Due piscine all'aperto con piscina privata, lettini e ombrelloni. Una piscina interna riscaldata con acqua salata con jacuzzi e bagno turco.

Fantastic stay

We spent 4 weeks over the summer here and had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is very big and has everything you could need. The pools are amazing, one of them is so big it never felt like it was busy plus there's plenty of sun beds to go around. There are some great places to eat locally - our favorites were Wild Kitchen and Spisa. It's a long walk into the old town so we hired electric bikes which were great fun and meant the teenagers could be more independent. Overall, we all loved it!

Big on marketing, small on delivery especially for the price. Great location, beautiful resort by the sea. We decided to splurge and get this more expensive place with the expectation this would be a relaxing experience. This place did not deliver and we couldn’t wait to leave. Modern furnishings but overall not very clean and dark. There was a terrible sewer smell from both bathrooms that lingered for a few days. No toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or washing machine soap provided. Hand soap seemed watered down in kitchen. Water pressure was so low for dishwasher and washing machine that items were not clean when cycles finished. Pressure was also a problem in master shower. Right side sink in master bathroom barely drained. There were small black ants in the kitchen and on the counters. Overhead lights in the master bedroom were not functioning. No way to control temperature and place was cold. It was nice to have a secure, underground parking, but very tight and difficult to maneuver around seemingly random placed columns. Host seemed a bit uptight, and seemed to want to work outside of VRBO for communication, and for a late arrival fee payment. She had her own website for getting check in / out information which did not simplify the process. No information provided about the resort’s amenities. Host sent an alternate person to greet us who was very pleasant and brought a bottle of Cava. The place has potential to be much more pleasant.

Urbanizació muy bien/playa mal

El apartamento limpio ,grande y con bastantes facilidades para la llegada ( café,aceite ….).La urbanización muy chula y las piscinas también.Lo peor para nosotros fue la playa.En el anuncio pone primera línea de playa pero es una playa que no hay nadie y huele mal.Muy poco espacio de arena ,que no es arena son cantos …resumen ,no pisamos ni un día esa playa que es una pena ya que estaba a pie de urbanización. La propietaria muy maja y pendiente.

Beautiful location and a great view. My only concern is that when we checked in we had to call the contact back to the apartment since it was not clean as advertised for a “luxury” accommodation. After the 2nd cleaning we were satisfied. Great complex and floor plan.

Wonderful staye

We had the most amazing stay at Birgit’s property and would highly recommend. The proximity to Estepona town and short drive to Marbella / Puerto Banus was ideal for the wedding we were out for. We also took a drive to Ronda (about 50 mins) and would recommend this to all guests if you can do it - if you get the opportunity, eat at Casa María in Ronda - best Spanish meal we’ve ever had and incredible quality for the price. The only downside to the accommodation is that the main pool was closed the entire time we were there and the pool on the beachfront seemed to close by 5pm which was disappointing. We did however have the stunning beachfront which made up for it! Overall - brilliant stay, would recommend 10/10.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely peaceful location

Birgit's apartment is exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with a large terrace that we ate and relaxed on most days. It is in a large complex, but surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. There are 2 large outdoor pools (both with very strict lifeguards!) with children's pools alongside, again considering it was high season (end of Aug) were very quiet. On occasions we were the only ones there! The gardens are very pretty, neat and well cared for. There is a path that leads you to the beach at the front of the apartment which is a bit rugged, not really for relaxing all day, but ok if you just want a dip! To the left you can take a 10 minute walk to Laguna Village where the beach is much better with lots of restaurants, beach clubs and a few shops. To the right the path is a 30 minute walk in to Estepona town, which if you're looking for daily exercise is great! On the path by the beach, next to the complex is a restaurant/bar called Las Muchachas which is very modern and looks over the beach. We ate a few times as the food was a little steep, but the drinks, particularly cocktails very very reasonable! It was very relaxing, looking at the view & listening to the sea. Although a car is not absolutely essential, I would recommend. There are no small shops near by, but lots of Aldi and a big Carrefour for which you need a car, taxi or a walk loaded with shopping. We were a family of four with 2 small children and loved the apartment and area overall. We spent lots of time by the pool, but also took trips in to town visiting the bars/restaurants on the beach so the children could play in the park. The old town is very pretty with lots of traditional restaurants. Peurto Banus is near by, we also took a trip to Ronda, Benahavis and Cadiz which were well worth a visit. Birgit's communication was second to none and anything we had an issue with was dealt with immediately. A few nit picks, which is personal for me, is the limited kitchen utensils, and 1 towel each for the duration (even though we could wash, there was nothing to use in the meantime) and no floor towels for the bathroom which was a bit of a slip hazard. However, all in all we absolutely loved the apartment which was like home from home, I've never slept so well!! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Birgit x

Lovely place

Great flat in a great complex. Birgit is a great host answering our queries immediately! Just a few points worth considering.... We didn't have a car but felt we probably needed one. It's a 40 min walk to a nice supermarket. Or a 30minute walk plus a short bus ride to estepona Town. Nearby laguna Village has nice restaurants. The two pools in the complex are lovely and one so big that it would be impossible to be busy... But there are no balls or floats allowed so limited in what you can do apart from swim! The balcony is large but always shady. It was a lovely holiday and Estepona Town is a lovely place.

Fantastic place!

Great place! Beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Quiet area around Pools. Excellent beach club at walking distance on the beach boulevard. Here, you dine in style on the beach. Fantastic sunset views. I will definitely come back to get away from it all.

Comfortable and Quiet

Enjoyed the spacious condo and was happy with it's quiet atmosphere. It was a short walk to the waters edge where I could sit and read my book while hearing the waves crashing along the beach area. It's a 30 minute walk to the center of Estepona so having a vehicle is probably a must. There are many areas to visit such as Caminito Del Rey, Ronda, Cadiz which are an hour away. You can see Gibraltar from a distance but the condo is located in the back area of the complex so views are basically the gardens and pool area. I was disappointed with the property management representative and how certain issues were not dealt with in a timely manner. Brigit, the owner, was very responsive and helped us out quickly even though she does not reside in Spain. I wish her all the best with the new property manager.

Tour not 5 star.

Large apartment, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good outside areas. Unfortunately no view, looking at backs of other apartments. No change of bedding. There were no blinds or curtains in main bedroom and therefore no privacy. Large swimming pools etc... But I was not informed that outside pools were closed. The manager, John, was very helpful when my husband injured his back.

2018 SUMMER HOLIDAY IN ESTEPONA SPAIN

I keep coming back, even after my third visit! My secret escape for me and my family. We love spending our holidays at Elizabeth’s Residence. Fabulous apartment surrounded by magnificent tropical gardens with direct access to the sea. The location is fantastic: you live in a quiet area and still you are close to shops and delighted Spanish restaurants, close to cities and close to golf clubs. The free sunbeds are everywhere at your disposal: at the three swimming pools and on the beach. It is never overcrowded and you can always use a sunbed. And the hosts Birgit and John are always available in case you may need some information or in case of any other request.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach front

Spacious beautiful apartment with plenty of room for my husband, me and our two teenage boys. It was furnished to a high standard and even coffee, tea and washing powder provided. A true home from home. Complex is well maintained with plenty of sun beds to use at any time of day. No early get ups required to claim your sun bed here 😀. Pools are really clean and refreshing in the summer heat ie not too cold. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the centre of Estepona which is a bus or taxi ride (8 euros for 4 each way). Good gym facilities for those that like using these whilst away. We made good use of these. The only reason we are not giving the apartment a 5 star is due to an issue with the shutter in the main bedroom which was broke on arrival. This was fixed during our stay so not an issue hopefully for future customers. The air conditioning was not as cold as we would prefer (was above 27 degrees all the tiime) but we understand this was due to high heat outside. Would definitely recommend this apartment and the owner is always on hand to deal with queries.

Elizabeth’s Residence gets rid of your every day stress! Amazing vacation without any worries!

Fantastic luxury apartment with 3 free pools located on the beach! Free sunbeds near pools and on the beach. Beautiful tropical gardens, excellent SPA and professional gym with tennis court facilities, all in one place and free access any time you want to visit! Just walk out the door on the wonderful beach promenade with flowers, beach clubs, fine lounge music, cocktail bars, fancy restaurants (dine on the beach), lovely BBQ bars and so much more to discover... Estepona’s city centre is nearby (walk or take a cab): beautiful beaches, bike rentals. The city is known for its fine art and statues which can be admired everywhere in the city - thanks to famous international artists. We visited the ‘flower plaza’ in the historical city centre where we enjoyed our lunch, ice cream and coffee surrounded by flowers. The apartment is spacious and well worth its rental price. We do not want to spend our holiday any more in a small hotel room since we stayed at Elizabeth’s Residence. We never had such a fantastic price quality deal! I recommend Elizabeth’s Residence to everyone who is looking for a holiday on the beach surrounded by flowers and all good things in live: spacious living facilities (large rooms and romantic nights on your terras with magnificent views), fine wine and tapas, sports and culture! John and Birgit are professionally managing the property. They were at my service any time! Yes, Elizabeth’s Residence makes your life Amazing! Book, relax and enjoy!

A very relaxing holiday

We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks at this apartment complex. It's approximately 1.5 to 2 miles away from Estepona so close enough to walk (if you're a keen walker), or you can get there by bus/car/taxi. There are local supermarkets close by as you head into Estepona town. Estepona is a lovely, clean, relaxing family oriented resort and the people are very friendly indeed which all helps to make the holiday experience better. Although the complex is situated on the beach, we kept to the pool. If we wanted to eat close by we could go to the restaurant just outside the complex, on the front. There is also Laguna village close by with various beach clubs etc - a 5/10 minute walk away. Surprisingly the complex was quieter than we expected given that we were there in the first 2 weeks of August but we were happy about this as the pool area wasn't over busy. The children enjoyed playing there and made good friends during our stay. The pool rules are quite strict though. Floats are restricted to young children who cannot swim so don't take large floats and expect to play with them. We found Birigt (owner) to be very helpful indeed leading up to our holiday, and afterwards when we gave her some feedback. The only negatives for us were the following: -Limited toiletries on our arrival - had to purchase hand soap, toilet rolls. -High damage deposit. We learnt that other apartments charged less. -Wonky chair leg in the dining area -- not a problem for us as we ate outside but would have been had we wanted to stay indoors. -Old beach towels. We purchased a new one which we brought back.. -Lack of some basic utensils. We purchased tea towels and a bread knife, which we left at the apartment, but there was no pizza cutter, for example. -Basic handover. It would have been nice to have more information about the local area such as where to eat and were to visit. We feel that a more thorough booklet from the owner would have been very helpful. Luckily we met families who had stayed at the complex before and they recommended places to eat and visit. The only other thing to add is that it is easy to trip the electrics! If you use two items at the same time such as a hairdryer and iron, or oven and kettle you may end up without electric, and then the air conditioning has to be reset too. It would have been useful to know this in the owner guidance so that we could avoid this. Overall very happy and would return.

Beautifull appartment close to the sea!

We had a pleasant stay in Estepona. The apartment is very spacious, and well maintained. When you arrive there's a lot of information available of things to visit in the area. It's situated close to the sea, a very good restaurant is nearby (walking distance). We will return, for another relaxing holiday.

Excellent central location and large apartment

We recently spend 1 week of vacation at this very new apartment. No worries when you book this place, just fly, rent a car and enjoy Estepona, the nice restaurants at walking distance.

Estepona Beach Apartment

we have just spent the months of February and March at this lovely apartment on the edge of Estepona on the Costa Del Sol strip. The apartment itself was modern and clean with a great view looking down toward the garden and pool area plus the sea where you could see the rock of Gibraltar on a clear day. It looks exactly like the pictures posted. The location was a little further to the centre of town than I first imagined (about 30 minutes walk) but since my wife and I are ardent walkers, it made sure we got our daily exercise when we decided to stay local. The town itself was the biggest surprise, it has a fairly big old town, and was extremely clean with decorative streets and lots of wonderful places to eat. The location was perfect for touring around. We visited Gibraltar, Cadiz, Seville, Córdoba , Grenada, Ronda etc, and when we visited the seafront towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, we just got the no. 79 bus from the bus stop which was fairly close by. We really enjoy our stay in this apartment and our stay in Estepona, and would definitely recommend this area to anyone who wants to visit the Costa Del Sol.
