“Room, staff and beach were terrific. Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs...

“Great place for me. Host responded quickly on questions. Small park on water was a very short walk An ice cream truck came through the neighborhood- convenient to places i needed to be. Bed was comfortable, chairs had heat and vibration options :)”

“The breakfast menu is the basic and always the same, cereals, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, apple, waffles and breads. What make it special it’s not the food it’s the staff and Marie is a amazing person and wonderful employee who cares for the people with kindness and compassion she treats and cares for everyone.”

“Great location convenient access to shops, dining, & beaches; although near a main intersection, relatively quiet neighborhood- we all slept well thanks to the blinds & blackout curtains. AC & heat both worked very well, & we had everything we needed for our week stay. Adrian was a very communicative host & the stay was comfortable. ”
