“The place is truly a gem. It’s closer to the entrance of the RMNP, which we found to be convenient, and not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Location is busy during the day but gets quiet in the evenings, we could hear elk bugling in the mountains, which we enjoyed. Cozy cottage gives you a mountain feel. Would definitely recommend this place and will return! ”

“We appreciated coming home each day to this comfy homey place. The location was convenient to downtown, RMNP, and my father in the nearby Sr Living apartments. We especially enjoyed the deer and elk who wandered through the backyard while we ate at the back patio area.”

“We have stayed 3 times. The first and Third trips were difficult as they were upstairs units with 60 degree stair incline 16 stairs. The second trip was a cabin experience which was wonderful. My recent knee surgery made us check out of upstairs room. Just to painful. We stayed 7 nights of the 8 night stay.and forfeited Last day . The facility needs private handicapped parking. We also did not have River access or barbecue pit access. The balcony chairs were beach level chairs. Expensive stay...

“We,ve stayed here 3 times out of our 6 trips to Colorado. Easy check in. Staff are friendly, and work hard for the owner. Great group of workers. The cabin,s are surrounded by beauty, mountains, nature and peacefull as beautiful. The cabins are cute as anything, fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.each cabin has a deck.there,s gas stations, grocery store right there, so convenient. We give them a 5 star rating, because they deserve it.”
