Best Place to Stay In Estes Park.
We stayed in this house last year and loved it. This year was no different. Lots of Deer and Elk very close to the Property, beautiful view of the Continental Divide. The House is well equipped. The 3 King Bedrooms were perfect for our 3 couples who are 60 plus in age. With construction around town, the location was great for Restaurants and Groceries. The By-Pass to the Fall River entrance was great. Even though the Fall River Entrance is under construction, we went right through without delays.

Beautiful and spacious home, very clean
The home had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. We were especially pleased with the deck, first floor bedroom with shower for an elderly family member, nice kitchen, garage access, and convenient location. It was a nice surprise to find puzzles and games, reusable water bottles we could take on hikes, etc. We had a light fixture that did not work and the property manager was very responsive and came over within a few minutes to change the bulbs. We do, however, have a couple suggestions that would be helpful to the owners for future adjustments….the pillows in the upstairs bedrooms may be in need of an upgrade; it could be personal preference but our group had a hard time finding something that was neither too flat or too hard. The king beds upstairs both had noisy bed frames that were disruptive to the other sleeper when when someone rolled over. Also- for guests, please be aware the top bunk upstairs was not adult friendly for us—even for an active 23 year old. Overall, the house is lovely and well maintained, feels secluded although it is close to everything, and it is a great place for a family to gather in Estes Park.

Stay for family reunion
The property was nice. The oven was broken so we could not use it. Additionally it was frustrating to receive a request to sit in the property for 3 hours to meet the repairmen when we had paid to be there on a vacation and had commitments with family. We also had to put the dishes away and wash all the towels before we left. This was not communicated before we arrived. If we had to leave quickly to catch a flight this would not have been feasible. I think you need to communicate these expectations beforehand to allow people to plan their time properly.

We apologize for what seems to be our miscommunication, as it was not our intent for you to change any plans to stay at the home while repairs were made (as we have staff to do that) nor put all clean dishes away before departure. We want you to take full advantage of your vacation and leave at your leisure and attempt to communicate cleaning expectations in the renter's manual. We do hope you enjoyed your time in Estes Park!

Needs a lot of updating
The best thing about the house was the size. It was plenty big for our whole group. Easy location in Estes Park. But several things didn't work and it was pretty dirty when we got there. The oven didn't work and we weren't notified so we bought food that needed to be baked. The grill didn't work so we couldn't cook there. The bunk bed was broken so you couldn't really sleep on it. The pots and pans were all put back dirty with food and some didn't have handles so it was a little hard to cook with them. The refrigerator door handle came off, so you had to open it from the top. The knives and kitchen towels all had food on them so they weren't clean. The beds all have very old linens. The bathrooms were not cleaned from previous users - hair and scum in the showers and floor. We washed the bathroom rugs ourselves as they had seen better days. The property manager was responsive but couldn't do anything for the broken oven. For the price per night and the cleaning fee, we were expecting a much nicer cleaner property. It really needs a deep clean - floors, rugs, furniture and new linens.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The oven was scheduled to be fixed on the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, the repairman misdiagnosed the issue. We have since ordered a new oven. The refrigerator door handle has been fixed and new linens ordered. I apologize for this inconvenience. The home was cleaned, however, I have spoken to our cleaning crew to ensure they do not miss anything hidden away.

Beautiful home in a great location
If you want to wake up and see snow covered mountains every morning, this is the home for you! This home is located in a quiet location but close to town and other activities. Having 2 master bedrooms was a huge plus! The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a beautiful deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The property manager was super responsive and helpful with my questions. Being able to park my car in a garage was a huge relief knowing I could leave items in my car and not worry about it. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful family getaway!
First off, the photos do not do this property justice. The cabin was STUNNING and had everything our group of 6 needed and more. The kitchen was a dream, we cooked every meal there during our stay. The living room is cozy with the fireplace and we kept the blinds open to see the beautiful Mountain view every day. 4 bathrooms is a major perk when staying with a bigger group, and everyone had there own bedroom/space to hang out for some chill time. We were minutes from the shops and grocery store, which was super convenient. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay at this cabin again in the future!

Best Location and Views in Estes Park
My wife and I have been to Estes Park at least 30 times in our 37 year marriage. We have stayed in at least 10 different places but this house is one I will always come back to if available. We had 3 couples all in mid-60's and we all had King bedrooms and own bathrooms. Great Privacy! Deck was great with wildlife right there day and night. The entire house was great with a well stocked kitchen. Rental company was right there when we needed something which was once in 5 days. This GREATLY exceeded our expectations! Thank you Steve!

Awesome Property
We were sad to end our stay at this property as we agreed we would probably not be so lucky to find one as nice as this in our future bookings. The house was well laid out, with great separation between the oversize bedrooms, great views of the mountains, within walking distance to downtown Estes Park, and made for peaceful, quiet evenings. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions and committed to making our stay enjoyable. We hope to make future visits to the magnificent Rocky Mountain National Park and would love to have a repeat stay at this property.

Amazing stay, perfect cabin and location!
This cabin was definitely my favorite that we have booked in Estes Park! Absolutely spotless, everything was so clean and fresh, you can tell the cleaners take pride in their job. The cabin layout was so nice for a big family with kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and then some, was so nice to not have to buy things like cooking oil, spices, pancake mix, etc. Also the filtered refrigerator water was so good (I'm picky about drinking water not tasting funky so was thrilled to not have to buy any bottled water). Bedrooms were spacious and comfy, bathrooms were also nice and kiddos loved the big tub. The place was more like a house than a condo as it is completely separate with no other units attached. We didn't see or hear any neighbors during our stay, was very private and relaxing. The outdoor space was great, we were happy to have 2 nice tables to eat on after grilling. Our 4 year old especially enjoyed all of the games, puzzles and storybooks. He was sad that we had forgotten to bring any from home, so that really saved the day. Also was great that there was hiking gear/ backpack for carrying a small child, stroller, etc, literally there was everything you could possibly need, above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely great experience and very kind host. We didn't have much interaction as everything was already perfect for us and we had no issues, but they responded very quickly and kindly to our question about check out. I already look forward to our next visit to Estes Park as now we have a place that feels like home. Amazing stay, made our whole trip perfect! 5/5 stars!

Great with a few caveats
This is our second stay in 2 years at this lovely property. The location, size and 3 King bedrooms work very well for our extended family. Common spaces are comfortable as are the beds, and having 4 bathrooms and 2 washer/dryers is a huge plus. We never used the TV so have no opinion. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes and plates. We did notice this year that a few items could use an update - some bedding is ripped and bathroom area rugs and carpet are looking worn. The screen door to the slider was in the garage and needs repair. The floor could be cleaner. We did have a couple of issues that could have been dealt with before our arrival. When I vacation, I don't like to have maintenance issues and service people coming and going unless it's an emergency. And when someone must come over to fix something, we like to know when to expect them so we're not surprised. The positive thing is that all was resolved.

Thanks for returning to our home again. We hope you made more wonderful memories. You mentioned a few maintenance items. We have the carpets cleaned regularly. With heavy summer use they do get worn. We have been unable to find a replacement screen door for the slider. It is an oversize door in a nonstandard color. We have replaced bedding and other items regularly. In the future, please let us know if there are issues. We address them as soon as possible.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family visit to Estes. It was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the two sets of washer / dryers, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was a short walk or very short drive to Kroger.

Amazing property! Highly recommend .
We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had my elderly parents, spouse and I, and our two teenagers. The layout of the house fit our family perfectly. The location was amazing as well as all of the amenities. We will stay again when we come back to Estes!

Spacious and picturesque!
3 sisters & spouses stayed here for 4 nights. It was a great location with lovely views. Very spacious and had everything we needed for cooking meals. It was very close to the visitor center where we used the hiker shuttle service into RMNP. We would definitely stay here again.

Home is beautiful, great location and view. The property manager was responsive and answered texts quickly. Our only problem was we were in EP during a heat wave and there is no AC in the home (it’s usually not necessary in EP).

Like most homes in Estes we do not have a.c. On warmer days we open the windows in the upper and lower levels to promote cooling. It also helps to shut the blinds in the windows where the sun is shining in. I hope your stay was a memorable one.

We are glad your family enjoyed their stay. In case you are planning a return trip the maximum legal capacity for this home is 8 people regardless of guest age. The town has set this limit and we must adhere to it.

An excellent choice for Accessibility
The property was beautiful and well maintained, and easily accommodated our group. We really appreciated the wheelchair ramp and the accessibility of this rental. Our only minor complaint was difficulty setting the oven temp, but it certainly wasn't a big deal.

Magical
My family of 7 including grandparents, stayed over the Christmas holiday. The house was better than expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. It snowed the whole week of our stay and my kids woke up to a white Christmas. Sleds were available, making it even better! The house had everything you could ever need. Our only issue was there was no NFL channel so we missed watching the Chiefs play live but we’re still able to steam it later. Would highly recommend!

A Great Stay
Our group had a wonderful time in this lovely home with its gorgeous views in a quiet neighborhood. It was plenty spacious for 6 adults and 1 baby. Comfortable beds and 2 living areas, large dining table, plenty of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and we were happy. The manager was very responsive which we really appreciated. FANTASTIC
There were 3 couples who shared this wonderful home for a destination wedding. We were so pleased with the location! Just a short drive or walk to the main road. Safeway is just down the street. The elk visited us almost daily. You can get to the Rocky Mountain National Park in minutes to hike Gem Lake and Twin Owls. The Estes Park Visitor Center is just down the road with easy access to a beautiful walk around the lake. Loved the Farmer's Market on Thursday. However, let's talk about the home!!! The bedrooms were all huge with attached bathrooms. Everything was so clean! the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The deck was glorious to sit out on for quiet time or to eat dinner or to have cocktails. The views were splendid! My friends were so happy and impressed with our find. I hope that we can come back to Estes Park again very soon!!!

Great location
This house worked out great with a group of 7 friends. The communication with the property manager was very quick and efficient (before and after) and the check in process was easy. The main floor space is quite large (the pictures are accurate) and works well for some people visiting at the large table, sitting at the island or in the living room area. The deck was nice to have too and we used the grill one night. The two main bedrooms have an en-suite (one on main floor one upstairs) while the other two bedrooms have the jack and jill bathroom. All worked out well. The upstairs living room was hardly used but I could see this being a great place for quiet kids. We had a couple of cars we could park in the garage, although watch out for the tree right in the middle of the driveway. Only negative is in the kitchen - the hood above the stove sticks out and just about everyone hit their head on it. It's a serious head banger and the property manager said they'd pass this onto the owners. Location is easy walk to downtown - we used a dirt path across the road that worked out well. The road itself doesn't have a sidewalk. We walked every day down to the lake and downtown - wonderful! I'd stay again at this house.

Comfortable large home
We really enjoyed this home! The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and living areas were comfortable and the home is conveniently located. We saw deer and elk daily! Two huge bull elk!! A small herd of elk even walked right through the craft show in town one day! Amazing! While here we attended a beautiful wedding at Black Canyon Inn. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Perfect location for RMNP. Very well kept property. Quite and peaceful. Lots of space. Only complaint is that we didn’t hear from the property manager during our stay. Usually our stay with VRBO involves a check in to make sure all is ok.

As hoped for
A wonderful stay and had everything we needed. However, we noted a few concerns: 1. The rug in the upstairs family room poses a tripping hazard: the edge is elevated 2. The range hood extends out too far and several of us banged our heads on it more than once. 3. The drains are slow and the toilets plug easily. 4, The weatherstripping on the bottom of front door is half loose

Even nicer in person
The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s a beautiful home, packed with everything you need for a vacation. With a downstairs bedroom, it was perfect for my older parents. Great location - minutes from everything. Wish early check in was an option as we had a carload of luggage and groceries we would have loved to drop off earlier. Overall a really nice place that I would recommend.

Dinner with the Elk Family
As we ate dinner on the patio, 3 Elk walked right by the deck. The girls loved it. The location is great. Walk into Estes, quick drive into RMNP. Children's books were a nice surprise. Lots of family games in coffee table upstairs. Kitchen well equipped with empty pantry available to store all of our food. And Safeway grocery is literally around the corner. When we arrived, we found dog hair on one of the spreads. But they were very responsive and came and got the spread and had it dry cleaned immediately. The only suggestion I have is that they add a box fan for every bedroom upstairs so you can pull the cooler outside air in at night. It gets a little warm in July in the upstairs bedrooms. We would definitely rent again!

Great Property
This was our first experience staying in a house for vacation and it was a great experience. The house was spacious for my parents, brother and my three daughters! The views were great and my daughters loved seeing the wildlife right near the house!

We loved the beautiful views of mountains and wildlife, and the easy access to stores, restaurants, and the Park. The rooms are spacious, and the grandkids loved playing on the loft, where we could still hear them from the living area. Two washers and dryers were a bonus!
