Benvenuti a Overlook House (Lic 3229), la casa di molte cime! Vi preghiamo di contattarci per assicurarci che tutte le domande abbiano una risposta prima di prenotare. Proverò a rispondere il più rapidamente possibile. (Questo di solito ti fa risparmiare tempo a lungo termine) Arroccata in alto sopra la città di Estes Park, questa bella casa vanta viste panoramiche sulla Mummy Range innevata e sul Continental Divide. Incastonata tra massi e pini di Ponderosa, la casa stessa è una deliziosa vacanza in montagna, a sole due miglia dal centro di Estes Park e dal Rocky Mountain National Park. Completamente arredati con arredi confortevoli e utili servizi per la casa, vogliamo che vi sentiate a casa durante le vostre vacanze in montagna a Estes Park.

The Overlook House offre una cucina completa con angolo per la colazione soleggiato, un camino a legna nell'ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo, lavatrice / asciugatrice, vasca idromassaggio, 2 televisori satellitari, wireless ad alta velocità, 2 unità VCR / DVD, grill a gas, 4 balconi con splendida vista e un favoloso patio coperto integrato nelle rocce con vasca idromassaggio. Tre bagni: completo, 3/4 e mezzo. Tre camere da letto private: camera da letto matrimoniale al terzo piano con un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto matrimoniale al primo piano e una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto a castello doppia / matrimoniale, anche al primo piano. Il soppalco ha un divano letto matrimoniale, per un totale di sei letti separati (di varie dimensioni). La casa si trova a sole due miglia dal centro di Estes Park e dal Rocky Mountain National Park.

Lovely views!

Such pretty views, 15 min from downtown. Very comfortable, love the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. just 2 of us but lots of beds in one bedroom that would be great for kids. Ask if you need to buy Keurig pods as they have a Keurig but no pods. No staples like spices or sugar except salt. Just fyi, would come back!

Beautiful cabin with lots of space

We had a nice time at this beautiful cabin with amazing views. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The home was clean and supplied with linens, trash bags, blow dryer, 2 box fans. It is in a perfect location .. so near to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park shops and dining.

The most wonderful VRBO

We spent a week with our son and family in your beautiful home. The six of us couldn’t have been happier! There was plenty of room for us to either do “our own thing” or play board games or dine together. The home was supplied with nearly everything we needed plus some. We made daily use of the hot tub and never stopped enjoying the spectacular views. We really appreciated the location - close to town and to the entrance to the park. We’d highly recommend this home to any couples or families looking for a home base convenient to so many outdoor actives!

Best view of the Rockies

Large house, plenty of beds and plumbing , room for parents plus grown kids and partners. Easy to get in and out of RMNP. The house has plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, deck with spectacular mtn views, hot tub. Owners gave clear directions and keep this vacation home in meticulous care.

Beautiful property!

This place was beautiful. I don’t believe the pictures do it justice. We had a lovely time. It was extremely clean! :) There are a few things which could either be improved, or if we just had a heads up, we could have planned better. There aren’t any seasonings at all in the kitchen, so if you plan to cook, bring/purchase all your seasonings. There also wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner/body soap, so bring your own. I know we travel often and lately these things have been provided, so not every one of our 7 adults had packed their own. Also, the WiFi was spotty at best. We had to reach out to ask the owner to reset it, but we didn’t have any service, so it was very tricky to be able to reach out. If needing to work at all, this likely isn’t the best option. Beautiful, secluded, which is most of what we were going for. But our office was unable to get ahold of me for the entirety of our stay. The hot tub was lovely to sit out under the stars in. We greatly enjoyed using it (after everyone showered)! There was only one outdoor trash can, and with 7 adults who ate there for most of the meals and we brought in groceries etc. it wasn’t enough space. I was bummed we had to leave a couple bags inside! DoorDash and Instacart do deliver there though! I was shocked.

Perfect vacation!

Everything about our stay at this beautiful house was exceptional! My sister, daughter and I spent one glorious week in Estes, hiking during the days and spending the evenings in the hot tub taking in the glorious views. The house was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable and we had everything we could have needed. Communication was great. Dean responded immediately to any questions we had and when we had a slight issue (my fault), he arrived within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Views were stunning! Would absolutely rent again!

A great location in Estes.

The house is beautiful and is truly in a great location. The views of the valley were stunning. Nice hot tub on the deck. Kitchen was well stocked. Due to it’s remote location it is a bit of a drive up the mountain side but that location was our favorite part. There was ongoing road construction at the time so we had park a ways down the road for a few nights. Dean made sure we knew what was going on and the construction did not impact our stay. It was a good choice for our week in the mountains. I would gladly stay there again.

As soon as you enter the home, you are amazed by the unbelievable views! We have been visiting Estes for 9 years, staying in nice accommodations, but this home is by far the most beautiful! The views from inside this immaculate home are wonderful but you also have the choice of several decks to enjoy. We hope to return soon!

Mountain Top Views

A bit pricey but very comfortable accommodations. The new garage was a bonus and made turning around very easy. The property manager was outstanding and responded immediately to a window issue caused by high winds. The deck was beautifully nestled in the rocks and pines. I would suggest removing the dead pine by the deck and trimming the two in front to open up the view. The hot tub was hot and sparkling although we did not use it.

This condo is absolutely wonderful, the decks are beautiful, the location is very private and it’s so convenient. The living room furniture is a little worn, But in the whole scheme of things who cares!

Great private mountain retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and glad we chose this place. We spent most of our time on the deck and in the hot tub. Great views, comfortable place. No complaints. Easy quick drive into town, but tucked away enough to feel secluded and enjoy the privacy of your own mountain getaway. The starry sky was incredible.

Wonderful property

Wonderful views, comfortable cabin, nice amenities!

We stayed 8 nights in this lovely cabin. My family from Ohio and Pennsylvania joined us, we had 7 folks. Ground floor has a restroom with shower and a bedroom with a wonderful view, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and full/twin bunk beds. Third floor has a wonderful bedroom and full bath, plus a pull-out sofa room. The middle floor has a half bath, plus kitchen, living and dining... and laundry! Owner was very responsive - we had a minor problem with an appliance and he came and fixed it immediately. Like most cabins in Estes Park, this one has no air conditioning, but fans are provided. The owner is building a garage, and this adds to parking area nicely (we had 2 cars). The large dining table was perfect to seat everyone plus it's where we played games in the evenings. The large deck off the second level has seating for 8+ and a large hot tub that felt terrific after a day of hiking in the alpine landscape. I hope we can get the family back together (not easy) and go back to this property. Grocery stores within 2-4 miles, dozens of restaurants (we ate at Penelope's twice), and the Stanley Hotel tour is really fun. Estes Park, and this cabin, won't disappoint.
