“This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

“The bed was hard and they need to redo/ rearrange their asphalt access and driving paths near the office. I would come stay again bit might try a different room.”

“the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly.”

“13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok. No phones in room, no TV, no a/c. The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights.”

“Very happy with this cabin! The one near the waterfall with the hot tub has to be experienced. Family of elk were there to greet us and say good morning.Staff was very accommodating and nice. Would definitely go back.”

“Struttura splendida nel Rocky Mountain Ntl Park con l’impressione che si possa fare di più e meglio. Servizio inesistente: abbiamo trovato qualcuno alla reception solo al check out. Camere non rifatte e asciugamani non sostituiti dopo la prima notte ci poteva stare. Ma un solo kit per doccia per due persone per due giorni sembra eccessivo. Mancano i frigo in camera ed anche questo ci può stare. Ma la macchina per il ghiaccio non funzionante per due giorni diventa un problema. Qualcosa da...

“The hotel was incredibly clean and the cleaning crew came daily to replenish towels and make beds. They offered breakfast daily with hot coffee which is a great start for the day. Need to make a special shoutout for the front desk staff who joyfully let us check in a bit early since they had a room ready. All in all this was a great property within a short driving distance to everything downtown Estes.”
