We enjoyed our stay in this quaint farm house. Conveniently located between Tullahoma and Winchester you can get to either town easily. Neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked.

The hot tub was very clean and it did not need any oils. There was natural bubbles. It was very private. The kitchen was open to the dining ryou are so very comfortable for families to communicate and have fun together while cooking.

Very quaint little place. Cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for our visit with family. We got to hear the roosters every morning and see all the deer. The house was very clean. Owner was very responsive when I asked a question. We would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed and was close to several of the Whiskey Trail stops. Instructions were clear and very fair. Hot tub was wonderful! Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a rural small farm setting.

Perfect accommodations for my wife and me to host our son and his teenage girls for Thanksgiving. Annette's country cottage with a well equipped kitchen, dining, and game area also has 3 TVs and wifi. I'd give it 5 star if itd been a manicured property, a bit more street light and covered parking. We didn't expext or need those amenities though some may. And we enjoyed waking to the roosters crowing. They're not very loud. Plenty of shopping and dining 10 minutes away. Yes, we will stay again, very comfy.

The Jack BBQ

What a great and peaceful place to stay. We were in town for the Jack Daniels BBQ and this place was a 25min drive and so wonderful! We got to watch a family of deer each evening and they had chickens and a horse as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely clean and super quiet, this brick ranch house is like going back to visit great-grandma's. It's out in the country surrounded by farms and fields. Interior is lovely, handicapped friendly and very cozy. The beautiful chickens greeted us every morning. Good wifi signal. We never left the property so not sure what else there is nearby but it's a quaint, rustic, country, salt-of-the earth place.

Family Visit

My sisters son and his family live in Tullahoma TN. My mother, sister, and I went to visit. This house and location was perfect for our stay. Short drive to my nephews. House was comfortable and communication with property owners was spot on. All amenities were available as well as added personal touches. House is on family farm. Goats and chickens were on property. Owners provided feed for goats. Mom and I enjoyed feeding the goats.
