“The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The gentleman managing the property was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before our conference was over, and he kindly let us leave our car parked there for the rest of the day at no extra charge—and we didn’t even have to move it. I highly recommend this place to stay. It was about half the price of most other hotels in the area, yet the rooms were twice as large. Most importantly, they were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.”

“The staff at this property were all very nice but the property itself is a disaster. The 25 days I stayed I had a cockroach run across my chest while laying in bed watching tv I saw the police there multiple times for domestic violence and other things ”

“I got a room and didn't stay in it, even though it was 1 am when my flight got in. It was very run down. There were people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, police trying to get into rooms to talk to people. The front desk told me if my room hot water wasn't working they'd take care of it the next day. I had trouble finding my room because room numbers seemed out of order, I was exhausted and figured it must be on the other side of the building. I got to the breezeway and found a...

“Terribile, evitare assolutamente. Molte sporcizie sul letto è in bagno o sulla coperta del letto non sapevo se fosse sangue o meno. Macchina davanti al soggiorno abbandonata e forse derubata. Appena possibile abbiamo chiesto il cambio. Il letto era pieno di capelli, pulizia scarsissima (se non del tutto assente)”

“Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...

“The hot breakfast is typical for this type of hotels. We liked the two-king suite with separate rooms. It is a bit noisy if staying on the first floor. ”
