“There was a leak in the cealing and I heard dripping all night long and there were pieces of the ceiling all over the floor in the morning. I alerted the staff when I checked out”

“Had a leak from the room on the first of four nights. The toilet overflowed once. After the staff moved us, the new room was more comfortable. Breakfast was great. Not cold stale food. Pretty fresh.”

“The staff was very kind and helpful. Drugs usage was definitely an issue.”

“The room Had mold in it, there were stains on the chair. The air conditioner didn’t work. The shampoo and conditioner bottles that were provided were empty. The breakfast that was promoted was actually furthest from it. Not only that Expedia says that pool is open and it’s actually closed. It’s used for extended stay and you need to make sure you lock your car doors. Lastly there is an extreme odor in the rooms.”

“The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. ”

“Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management.”

“Mold on ceiling. AC didn’t work. We had to get 2 different refrigerators. Stains on the floors. Stink bugs on the bed when we arrived. Very nasty place”

“Minimal property maintenance. Quite rundown. They actually charge you extra for a non-smoking room. Advise you to look elsewhere!”
