“Everything was wonderful about this property but a couple of small things ,they don't have daily room service and the room we stayed in only had a small trash receptacle in the bathroom another trash can would help;also maybe orange juice or apple juice would be beneficial for Breakfast other than that awesome place.”

“Lovely cabin in the trees with relaxing balcony patio. Convenient to Brevard and Mountain Song festival. I’d give 5 stars but there were a couple of housekeeping issues… some dirty dishes in dishwasher, hand soap in bathroom watered down or stretched with cheap soap. Even so… I’d totally recommend this Pilot Cove. ”

“We had a wonderful little getaway to the mountains at The Lodge at Flat Rock. The thoughtful extras made our stay feel so special, from the note and chocolates left on our bed to the complimentary snack and drink basket left in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was excellent—especially the fresh fruit—and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. “We stayed here for 1 night/ a quick trip to see the sunrise at Pretty Place Chapel. I’ve stayed other places before in the area, but even just my little time here I really enjoyed the whole process and I thought the property was super cute. My sister and I plan to go back here for our yearly trip to the mountains. I even told my Husband I want to stay up here for our anniversary. I love the environment. ”

“The thing that stood up most was the friendly staff They exceeded all expectations. Arranged for a shuttle to the airport, long-term parking in their lot, and a shuttle pick up late at night. All for no charge on shuttle and minor charge for parking. Room was large and comfortable, TVs were sensational. Will be back. Recommend highly for you readers.”
