Summary:
The perfect home to escape the hustle and bustle. Amenities the whole family will enjoy: Including, multiple porches, an outdoor fireplace, fenced yard, fire-pit, and multiple gas grills. Firefly Away has it all and is in a prime location in Carlton Landing. Private Hot-tub! (Photos coming soon!)

The Space:
Firefly Away is an elegant home located directly on Firefly Park. It’s in a peaceful setting, yet close to all the town's amenities. Let the kids run and play in the open Park while you kick back and relax on the wrap around porch! This home has everything you could hope for and more. The open concept living, dining and kitchen are the perfect place to enjoy family meals and your favorite team play on the flat screen TV. Firefly Away is a great home for multi-generational families and can comfortably sleep 12. There’s a King master with an ensuite bathroom on the main floor and three more bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom.

This home offers wonderful amenities inside and out. Enjoy the screened in porch with the outdoor fireplace for a cozy peaceful setting or relax on the dual porch swings on the upstairs balcony overlooking Firefly Park. Firefly Away also has a fenced yard along with a private fire-pit! No details were overlooked in this unique vacation home!


ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps 12
• Bedroom 1 – King Master, Ensuite (1st Floor)
• Bedroom 2 – 2 sets of Double Bunkbeds with Two Twin Trundle Beds, shared bathroom (2nd Floor)
• Bedroom 3 – Queen, shared bathroom (2nd Floor)
• Bedroom 4 – Queen, shared bathroom (2nd Floor)

Carlton Landing is a walkable lake community modeled after Seaside, FL. Playgrounds, parks, walking trails, a hot tub, restaurants, the swim beach area and more are all within walking distance of Firefly Away. We offer concierge services such as grocery stocking, lawn game rentals and souvenirs. Just send us a message once you've reserved your stay and we will make arrangements to make your vacation extra special!

10/10 would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house comfortably fit our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and lounge. It was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The hot tub was the perfect amenity, especially during our chilly February visit—it was so relaxing after a day of exploring. The community was peaceful, and the meeting house was just a quick 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway

Carlton landing is a great area to get away from the hustle and bustle. It was busy and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well outside of the house and food wait times were long (over a hour several times) because so many people were visiting that weekend. It was great though and we will go back.

Great home in Carlton Landing

This was our family’s first visit to Carlton Landing and it was fantastic. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. Our kids loved playing in the park just steps from the front door, and they absolutely loved the bunk room. There was so much to do from the community pools, swimming at the lake, fishing and much more. We enjoyed our daily stops at the Meeting House and Mama Tigs. We rented a golf cart and had a blast cruising around the entire community. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Perfect

Such a fun place to stay! This property was great. Super clean, had everything we needed, great location on the green space. The outdoor patio and front porch were super clean and the cushions seemed brand new. There was lots to do close by…lake, paddle boards, kayaks, pools, a small zip line for younger kids, basketball, snow cone truck, amazing coffee shop, pizza place and a grocery store not too far away. It’s was the perfect location for our family reunion. Golf carts aren’t necessary but we enjoyed renting one to have.

BEST OF CARLTON'S LANDING

10/10 would recommend this home to any family wanting to visit Carlton's Landing. The kids loved playing soccer and cornhole and chasing bubbles just out front in the large park. The backyard fire pit was great for gathering and making s'mores. The kids didn't play with their electronics because they were having so much fun. The home is abundantly stocked with anything you could possible need for the kitchen, games and toys for the kids, extra blankets and pillows, comfortable and spacious areas to relax whether you want to be upstairs, downstairs or out on one of the porches. It is a short walk to all the neighborhood parks and dining areas. The adults gathered around the large dining table and played card games. After a long day it was so nice to sleep in comfortable and cozy beds. We could have stayed a week and never run out of things to do. It was a perfect place for our family to reconnect and make memories we will always cherish!
