“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. “Awesome property! Clean, well appointed and easy to get to. House was only fifteen minutes to Cuthbert Amphitheater. Our host Tom was very accomodating, and our little dog Piper had a wonderful time. Really cool 2br place. ”

“Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.”

“The most spacious and well-equipped apartment of any vacation stay! The hosts, Stan and Juris, were wonderful caring people, eager to meet any need. Stan even sold me what was a very expensive rod and reel (of his) for my grandson for only 25! Kitchen had immense counter space, many drawers of utensils and tableware— and 3 different types of coffee makers. Keurig cartridges had high quality local brews!
