This private 1BR suite is fully closed off with a lockable rolling door for privacy and peace of mind—ideal for traveling nurses, professionals, or long-term guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will enter through the garage, where a key will be provided by the property owner. To reach the suite, guests will pass through part of the main house; however, once inside, the suite is fully private with its own lockable door.



The suite includes a private bedroom, private living room/sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and sliding glass door leading to the backyard patio with seating.



The Neighborhood:

This suite sits in a quiet, centrally located Eugene neighborhood with quick Beltline Hwy access—making it easy to reach PeaceHealth RiverBend, McKenzie-Willamette, and Sacred Heart hospitals within minutes.



Autzen Stadium and the University of Oregon are about 10–12 minutes away (traffic dependent), ideal for both work and leisure stays.



Nearby West 11th Avenue offers a wide selection of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping, while Eugene’s downtown, local breweries, and hiking trails are just a short drive away.

🐾 Dogs are welcome with prior disclosure. A pet fee applies to help us prepare and maintain a clean, comfortable space for all guests. Please note that the home is not set up to host additional or undisclosed pets.
