Questa allegra casa gialla si trova a un chilometro a sud-est del centro di Eugene, a mezzo isolato a sud dei concerti della domenica estiva a Washburne Park. Fai passeggiate mattutine attraverso il famoso giardino di rododendri al Hendricks Park a mezzo miglio a est, prendi posto per assistere agli Stati Uniti di atletica leggera o campionati olimpici a Hayward Field, a mezzo miglio a nord, e raduna nella squadra di football dell'Oregon Ducks ciascuno caduta allo stadio Autzen due miglia a nord.

Costruito nel 1935, questa casa è casual, confortevole e un rifugio ideale per una famiglia di ex-studenti dell'Oregon. Trascorri le mattine a fare escursioni nella parte del Trail Ridgeline di 12 miglia a Hendricks Park, e torna a casa a preparare frittelle nella cucina completa (con lavastoviglie), prendi un cambio di vestiti dalla lavatrice / asciugatrice e usa il WiFi gratuito per leggi la sezione sportiva all'esterno sul ponte e sul patio. Dopo una giornata trascorsa tra gli stand di Hayward Field, puoi fare barbecue con gli amici sul grill a gas in giardino, rilassarti all'interno del camino a legna e goderti la sistemazione della camera molto flessibile (i due letti singoli sono rotelle - uno è sotto un letto tradizionale full-size, e l'altro è sotto il divano letto a due dimensioni).

We stayed overnight to make our Easter trip to the parents house easier. The house worked great to prep all the Easter food and allow us to relax in the hot tub before heading to bed. Great location and very nice house.

This house was clean and comfortable. The beds were good the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The house was perfect for our visit. Plus, the neighborhood was super nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint home and neighborhood and a perfect spot for us to walk to the campus and watch the Olympic trials. My only criticism would be lack of attention to cleaning of floors which needed vacuuming and sweeping. Also, missing fitted sheets on the bed. Beautiful gardens!

We loved the house. It had all the ammenities we needed. (Though, we did have to hun for 3-pronged outlets.) The house is charming, fully-equipped, watm, inviting, and full of anything we needed. We loved it.

Home location is perfect for UO parents! The character of house is wonderful. The Neighborhood is great. Unfortunately the house is neglected, needs serious cleaning and should be stocked with correct cleaning supplies for dishwasher, new sponges, etc.

We have stayed at this home more than once and it never disappoints. Perfect location, great house, easy walking distance to everything we want to do. Plenty of room inside and out to spread out and enjoy.

If you are visiting the U of O, the location of this house is perfect. It is within walking distance to the campus. The house was well stocked for guests and the rooms were good sized. The furniture was well-worn but comfortable. The yard could use some attention, but it was a quaint backyard. We would stay at this house again.

We had a group cycling Cottage Grove and Eugene. The house was perfect! The basement was awesome for bike storage and the house was comfortable for 7. AC was so great after a hot ride. The garden is so wonderful we spent a lot of time just walking around looking at the flowers. House is so cute inside. Think about adding a regular bed in the upstairs bedroom instead of on the floor. Also, need an ice cream scoop! Would be nice for 11 am check out but understand COVID probably has changed checkin and out times.

It's the whole house and such a great deal charming magical backyard with little cottages. The house is adorable The location is perfect in a great neighbourhood right next to restaurants cafes and Prince bucklers ice cream. Wonderful place to go for walks there's a park right across the street. We hope to stay there again. Thank you

We stayed here for an informal tour of UO. We didn’t know the area at all and got lucky to find such a convenient location. Our family was able to walk everywhere and had restaurants and a great park very close. The house was well suited for our family of five and had everything we needed for our 2 day stay.

Loved the location. Only negative was we drove down from Portland and having never been to Eugene arrived 20 minutes to 4, check in time. Cleaning staff was still there and they asked us to return at 4. We did. They were still there. We sat out front for 45 minutes. They were still there, we finally left to get pizza for dinner. When we returned another hour later they were still cleaning the house. At 6 pm they finally left. 2 hours past our check in time. there was trash on the floor in the living room and under the furniture. It was frustrating. The yard could use some TLC especially the side garden. Would have been a lovely place to sit and relax but it was so over grown it wasn’t possible. Disappointing.

Inside of house was exactly as pictured. It was small but cozy. Location was great. Only drawback was the courtyard. Pictures on the website are misleading. I was really hoping to use the courtyard to grill and hang out with family in Oregon's beautiful summer weather, but the courtyard looks like no one has touched it all year. It was very overgrown and filthy. Complained to property manager but problem was not resolved before we checked out. I was very disappointed for being mislead.

The house was outfitted with bard games, clean beds, furnished rooms, and clean kitchenware! The house is well-maintained, and the neighborhood has many nearby amenities, stores, and fun locations to explore and choose from!

The place was as listed and the check in and out was easy. The location was so close to great food and access to U of O. The beds and living area is comfortable. The garage was also a plus. The downside was that the place was not cleaned well. There were scraps of food in the corners of the home and when we arrived, there was half a coffee pot full of old coffee along with the grounds in the coffee maker. There was an empty water bottle left by a bed and what looked like chocolate stains on the red and white maple leaf quilt. I think they should hire new cleaners because some of the other reviewers mentioned similar things. The cleanliness was really the only issue but it’s kind of a big one. If they got the fixed, the place would be 4 or 5 star.

Delightful old home very near to the University and in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was as expected and described. I loved the little tomato and herb patch on the side of the house. The basil plant was also very happy. My 93 mom was afraid of slipping in the tub. I called Vacasa and within 1 hour, a new non slip bathtub was provided. It made the whole difference for my mom, who could then shower without fear. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were of excellent quality. We will definitely rent again when we return to Eugene.

We loved our stay. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for our group. Love the neighborhood and location near the university. Highly recommend this home.
