Ottima posizione sul lato posteriore di Hendricks Hill. Affascinante, confortevole casa con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. Ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo, zone soggiorno separate, pavimenti in parquet, con TV a schermo piatto da 54 "e nuovo comodo divano componibile. Cucina ben attrezzata con ripiani in granito, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Arretrato dalla strada circondato da abeti e querce secolari. Porte francesi per un grande ponte anteriore sopra un posto auto coperto. Patio posteriore dolce, ombreggiato e privato. Un sacco di parcheggio fuori strada. Ripostiglio bloccato fuori dal posto auto coperto per biciclette o altri attrezzi. La posizione è comoda, a solo 1 miglio dalla Matthew Knight Arena, lato est del campus, negozio di alimentari premium e ristoranti. Ombra e salutare camminate fino a Hendricks Park. Sui mezzi pubblici e piste ciclabili. A poco più di 2 miglia dal centro di Eugene, dal mercato del sabato, dalle gallerie d'arte, da The Shedd, dal McDonald Theatre e dal Centro Hult e molto altro ancora.

The house itself was in a great location, set midway up a hill with homes both above and below us. The neighborhood felt peaceful and welcoming, and it was a really comfortable place to stay.

Pretty much as advertised. There are two baths and I think the listing only said one. Clean and comfortable with plenty of sitting areas. Near highway and not greatest for walking into town, but near some nice trails.

Sweet Little Spot

This was a great spot for our family. The kitchen is well appointed, and the bathrooms too. The living room is light & bright - a great hangout spot. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great house in Eugene

It was a five minute drive to the University, and being next to the I-5 was really handy. We didn't hear the traffic from the I-5 inside the house. We will definitely book this house again next time we're in Eugene.

Cozy in a Big Way

Staying in this large home was so cozy. Wonderful furniture, many amenities, large well equiped kitchen and a quiet neighborhood. We connected with family and we all enjoyed this comfy home.

Lovely stay in Eugene. We were there for a football game and the location was great for that. We walked back to the house from the game, which was a nice perk as traffic is awful after big events. The house itself is cute and private and I loved the deck. There were quite a few spiders and cobwebs in the house, which I think is just a side effect of living in Eugene and maybe not having the best cleaning service, but it still gave me some heeby jeebies. That was truly the only downside for me and probably wouldn’t bother others. Everything else was great!

Great Hosts

The hosts were incredibly kind. The house was very spacious with a great deck and cool skylights. But the location is a little odd and not walkable to campus or anything at all.

State Track meet

Well my son competed in the triple jump and the long jump at the state meet. I flew my son up from college in California and it was just great. The proximity to Hayward couldn't have been better. Happy to report my son took 3rd in the Triple Jump and 2nd in the long jump. Great time.

Spacious and Woodsy

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood in the forested foothills. It’s a 15 minute walk to the market and another 15 minutes to Hayward Field. The heart of town is too far to walk to, so a car or ride share is necessary. The beds are super comfortable and the showers strong with plenty of hot water. Fully supplied tableware and cookware, but you’ll need your own ground coffee and food.

Cute little house

We only stayed for a weekend. We were in town for a taekwondo tournament. This house was perfect for our needs. I loved the old homey feel of this house. Was in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the freeway. Beds were comfy. Was actually really well stocked for a little house. Loved the books and games. There were few touches that could move this up to 5 stars. Deck could be swept and cleaner, some walls definitely need to be cleaned or a fresh coat of paint. Cleaning service needs to make sure there’s dish soap and a few trash cans didn’t have bags in them. But overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental. I would stay here again if we come back to this area.

The outside deck was filthy and didn't look like it had been swept in weeks. The shower in the second bathroom leaked and the coffee pot didn't work properly. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.

The property is in an old neighborhood and the highway noise is so deafening that you can’t hear to talk on the deck outside. The outside areas, all of them, are filthy dirty including the grilling area which you would have to bushwhack your way through the trees and spiders to utilize. The inside was passibly clean but no attention to the ample cobwebs and dust. The kitchen is not well appointed at all and with all of the coffe stuff there you would think they would have a normal coffee maker and a grinder which they do not. Would never go back and when we complained about the deck etc they said it was power washed in the spring… not true in a million years. Cannot recommend this property.

It was okay.

Nice living room, nice deck. House is older than photos show. Very dirty deck, windows, barbecue and skylights. Had to ask owners to clean deck and barbecue when we got there. The comment was they weren't ready for summer visitors even though we booked back in March. They did take care of the issues that day and overall stay was pretty good and the owners agreeable to work with. We might book again if the property and house were properly cleaned.

For having clean in the description of the property, it should not have spider webs and cobwebs in every room. Lights were dim, some didn't work at all and the switches are a little confusing. Host showed up and entered the property without notifying me prior to his arrival. There is no garage, and the carport mentioned is for a small sedan. Photos are years old, should be updated - even of the hosts. The vines have overgrown the chairs outside and we spent no time on the deck due to the amount of webs engulfing the railing and chairs. Ended up leaving and getting a hotel - Eugene and Oregon are very high in crime rates, lots of people on the streets. Wouldn't stay in Oregon again unless I had to but also wouldn't stay anywhere but a hotel.

Didn’t meet VRBO standards

Home is very old, creaky and not clean. Door knobs were loose, curtain rod was broken, front door had to be manipulated to close and lock, bedding/pillows were not great quality, carpeting is old, and house has a very musty smell. Kitchen was tiny and not there were not any amenities such as coffee pods, etc. Heating is not evenly distributed and there were not any extra blankets to supplement. Toilet in 2nd bathroom leaked and there were not any extra toilet paper rolls for a five night stay. VRBO needs to inspect this property.

Walkable to Hayward Field and Autzen Stadium

The location was great for us. We were able to walk to Hayward Field and Autzen Stadium so that we didn’t have the hassle of parking at those locations. The house was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It is older, but that is what is advertised and I had no problem with that. Personally, I’d rather pay a lower price than pay a high price for a place with everything updated. The location of the second bathroom (other end of the house through the kitchen) was a bit strange, but it was clean and everything worked. In reply to another viewer that complained about the deck being dirty, the deck is OUTSIDE under lots of trees. Of course, there will be fallen leaves and fruits. Even if the deck was swept the day before you arrive, there will probably be leaves on it. The furniture was comfortable and there is lighting strung around the railing that was very nice. We found a broom and did a quick sweep when needed. Warning for anyone arriving after dark for their initial arrival. The house is back quite a way off the street and hard to see. Reflective house numbers have been nailed to a tree at the end of the driveway, so look for those. The house was dark because the porch light doesn’t turn on until motion sets off the sensor. We made sure to turn on the deck lights so that we could see easier the following nights.
