This corner location in a quiet, convenient neighborhood just north of the Willamette River features a sprawling yard and patio, generous off-street parking and walking access to a wide range of shopping (Trader Joe's, Albertsons, Oakway Center Mall, TJ Maxx, diverse restaurants, etc.) — and just a five-minute drive to Autzen Stadium, Cuthbert Amphitheater, Alton Baker Park, Eugene Country Club, and more. The well-appointed, thoughtfully-furnished home offers a large, king bedroom plus a second, queen bedroom with bunk beds.

Great location! Private and safe, and very close to Oakway Center, groceries, and UO. Cute decor inside, big yard outside. We walked home from Autzen, which was a little far in the rain, but manageable.

Great House!

The house is darling. It was perfect for 2 couples visiting their kids on parents weekend. It's about a 10 min drive from anywhere we wanted to go. We did drive closer to Autzen and pay to park for the football game. Maps said it was about a 40 min walk to the stadium. The kitchen is well stocked and I would totally stay here again!

Great little house

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, cute, updated and had everything we needed. I do wish there was an extra bathroom. We stayed for the Oregon game and it was a 35min walk to Autzen Stadium.

Exceptional - Don’t Pass on this house

The house is perfect! It looks small from the outside but when you walk inside it’s stunning! It is roomy, and fully equipped with what you need and more! The smart TV is fully equipped with multiple movie watching apps, The house has so much natural day light, the backyard is so beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is great! We sat on the porch and drank coffee in the morning and the neighbors walking by with their dogs were extremely friendly, they even waved to you as they drove by. The beds are so comfy, and there are plenty of blankets and towels. The house is so close to Autzen and stores. Ryan the owner was flexible with our check in, & other requests we had, which was very helpful. The only thing I’d say is that the communication, (getting a response)from Ryan wasn’t always done in a timely manner and leaving check out instructions would be helpful. If there were checkout instructions, we didn’t see them. Overall this place is amazing and we will stay again.

Great Home Close to Everything

Everything was perfect. House is perfect for a couple wanting a well kept house close to everything. Manager of property was very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Stayed for a football game and would stay again in the future. Way more convenient than a hotel! Big thank you to the owner here.

Nice little VRBO in a quiet neighborhood

Stayed for the Colorado vs Oregon game. Very nice stay. very clean, accommodations are great. Nice backyard area and the house is in a good location. Highly recommend for a nice Eugene stay

Great experience and close to Autzen

The house is a great space to stay with a group of friends to hang out in Eugene before and after a big game! The house had great amenities and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Location is prime! We were a little over a mile away which was an easy walk. Big driveway for parking and friendly neighbors too.
