Questa casa calda e accogliente è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed è il luogo perfetto per creare una base di casa quando si visita Eugene e la valle del Willamette meridionale. La casa presenta pavimenti in legno aggiornati e accenti alle pareti, una cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un confortevole soggiorno che include un camino a gas. This is a cute home, great yard for kids & pets(wish I brought mine) heres random pros and cons. The yard is awesome, very cute & great to relax and hang out. One note tho the bathroom isn't for bigger set people. Kitchen size is great. The table is only set for 4 people and its a high chair table. The living room space setting could be better. There was 3 rooms 1 room was bigger and had a king bed, 2 rooms queen/full beds with rooms different space sizes. Beds were comfy for me & my sisters, slept great. House overall was great. We had only one major issue. The cleaners didnt do a thorough cleaning. Seemed like no one came to inspect the home before our arrival. There was still pet hair and some clumps in the living room floor/area rug, on the couch, and on dining table. We know its a pet allowed home but the amount shouldnt have been left unattended. Sat on the couch then got up and hair covered clothes like a pet was still present. There was spiders in their webs at the entry and back door. The outside tables and chairs should be cleaned as well before guest so new guest dont have to clean before getting to relax. Tho i didnt get to experience the home with my pets I want to Thank You on behalf of everyone with pets. Thank you for allowing them into your home. A house isn't a home without a paw print. If I ever visit Eugene in the future I would like to vacation at this home again with my pets. Very cute simple home with great back yard for kids and pets.

For a 3 night stay they gave us no extra toilet paper. Communication with likely a 3rd party went around in circles. Quite a few other issues with property as well. Sad, as we’ve stayed here before.

Darling House in Cute Coburg but…..

The house was so cute and we loved walking around Coburg and that it was so close to Eugene. However, the house had a few cleanliness issues. The biggest being the rodent problem. We could see mice running in and out of the closets. They were trying to get into the pantry. At night one tried to climb up my bed and you could see it run out from under the bedroom door. They would run up the dresser and in and out of the storage baskets on the entertainment center. There were mouse droppings on the counter, the cutting boards, the sink, windowsills and worst of all my daughter woke up with droppings on her bed the morning we left. We needed to wash dishes and went to get under the sink to discover droppings that were clearly rat droppings. We contacted the manager when we started to realize how bad it was. They offered to refund the service fees but didn’t even do that.

A little of this, a little of that

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A few improvements throughout could help a lot. There were tons of sheets and nice towels. Two of the three bedrooms were comfortable. The heaters in each room were nice, but we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the fireplace (even after following the directions). There were no regular size spoons, and not enough forks. Plenty of pots and pans, but no oven-safe baking dishes. Expired food items in the cupboards. Our biggest problem was that there wasn't enough seating for 5 adults, especially at the tall, 4-person dining table. The couch was lumpy and thin, but tolerable if we turned the seat cushions over. Large-sized or mobility-challenged people will have a problem in the awkward bathroom. Huge backyard with a nice porch, but beyond the porch needed some attention. Gas barbecue was old but worked well. Parking was great. We couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door, and the contact number on all the material inside the house went to a wrong number. The Vacasa help line, once we found it, was quick and easy.

Great stay!

Perfect location! Quiet, clean. Shower lining needs to be replaced, and the front door screen could use some Maintenance. The screen is torn. Other than that, we loved the house! Well equipped kitchen, bath, living room. Good wifi! Loved it! Hope to stay again!! Oh, wished there were wine glasses😊

Great place if you have dogs

Overall, our stay was great! This was a perfect spot us traveling with our dogs. Big enclosed back yard with plenty of space for them to roam and explore. Inside was nice but a little tight with 4 adults and 2 children. Overall I would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely outdoor space

If traveling w dogs a great place with lovely yard, grill, pergola and deck. Kitchen well equipped w nice new knives. Don’t usually see that in rentals. While very clean at Checkin on surface both washing machine and dishwasher need serious cleaning on inside.

Nice house with great backyard

Great house and exactly as advertised. Nice big backyard to entertain family that we came to visit. We were able to grill and the kids loved the fruit trees.

Great stay outside Eugene

This was a terrific place to stay, very well setup for guests. Watched some movies, got some work done, and slept well in the large comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchen and large laundry room. Giant backyard that our dogs could roam for hours and not get bored of. It was raining for most of our stay, but it otherwise would've been very nice to spend some time out there. Quiet little neighborhood, and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Eugene. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

Oregon Vacation

Splendid piece of property, something that we would like to own for ourselves. Our son and his wife live nearby where her family owns a farm in Monroe. We felt safe and comfortable staying there, we left some of our belongings there and went out the coast in Newport for a couple of nights and returned for a couple of more days to unwind before our trip home to Wyoming.

No surprises

Exactly as advertised and just what we needed. Really appreciated how well stocked it was and the extra kpods were a life saver. It was very hot at night. Lots of fans were provided which helped. When I went to pick up my dogs' poops I found many others (some weeks old) that hadn't been picked up before our arrival. I ended up picking them all up but backyard should be cleaned before arrival.

Great location that was super quiet. House is cozy with a pretty small bathroom but feel like owner has done som upgrades to make the house cozy and nice. Backyard space is amazing with tons of room.

My family loved this place!

The house and yard were absolutely wonderful, with the exception of 2 things. 1. The bathroom was very odd. The toilet was hard for an older person to navigate. 2. The bed (old futon) in the front of the house was horrible. The most important thing for a visitor to have, is a good night's sleep. That bed needs to be replaced. The property was excellent, other than for those 2 things. I would definitely reserve it again. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place, with such a beautiful back yard.
