    Un posto speciale - un soggiorno da sogno. Proprio nel cuore di TUTTO!!! L’Autzen Stadium, la Matthew Knight Arena, l’Hayward Field o l’Università dell’Oregon. Siamo proprio accanto all’Autzen Stadium: puoi vedere il tabellone dalla nostra porta d’ingresso! Lo spazio abitativo totale è di 800 sq. ft., PIÙ oltre 450 sq. ft. di sala intrattenimento/garage ristrutturato.

    Il tuo spazio Home è il TUO posto... Accesso senza chiavi – privato – sicuro. Il tuo spazio Home non si trova nella casa principale, ma è annesso e separato da essa.
    SUITE – Camera da letto n. 1 e camera da letto n. 2

    La camera da letto n. 1 può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone su due letti king size. La suite include: cabina armadio, tavolo da pranzo, TV via cavo con schermo grande, caminetto; la stanza si affaccia su due grandi portefinestre che danno sui gazebo, sui tavolini con braciere e sul giardino, oltre che sulla facciata della casa.

    La camera da letto n. 2 può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone su due letti queen size. Si accede a questa camera tramite una porta privata dalla camera da letto della Suite n. 1. Questa camera dispone di ulteriori ampie porte scorrevoli in vetro e grandi finestre che si affacciano sulle stesse aree esterne della camera n. 1.

    È previsto un supplemento di 35,00 $ a persona a notte, a partire dalla settima e dall’ottava persona [i bambini sotto i 2 anni sono esclusi, quindi non pagano alcun supplemento]

    Le tue zone giorno private e sicure per entrambe le camere includono:
    Angolo cottura in stile “Hotel ” con frigorifero, tostapane, microonde, macchina da caffè Keurig, fornetto elettrico, lavello da cucina completo, caffettiera a goccia, bollitore per acqua calda istantanea, tutte le posate e gli utensili da tavola. C’è anche un bagno privato interamente in marmo con 2 lavandini, doccia in marmo e ripiani.

    La casa dispone di:
    Scaldabagno a gas Rinnai con acqua calda illimitata, caldaia a gas/condizionatore ad altissima efficienza, sistema di purificazione dell’aria REMY per tutta la casa, sistema di sicurezza, parcheggio coperto e recintato e accesso privato senza chiave alla camera da letto n. 1, dalla quale puoi accedere alla camera da letto n. 2.

    INTRATTENIMENTO
    All’esterno: dalle portefinestre della Suite n. 1 e dalle porte scorrevoli in vetro della camera n. 2 si accede ai gazebo coperti e al focolare con tavolini, un’area perfetta per intrattenere gli ospiti; il giardino sul retro offre ulteriori 400s q.ft. di prato in erba sintetica.
    - INOLTRE, una sala giochi/palestra di 450'ft. Tavolo da biliardo, mobili in pelle, bar, TV da 75", tapis roulant, pesi, attrezzi vari per l’allenamento, freccette, bocce, gioco del cornhole, frisbee golf e altro ancora.

Within walking distance of popular trails for biking, running, etc. Several locations to rent bikes along the trail system. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. I was able to easily walk across the bridge to Hayward Field for 2 events. Autzen stadium is even closer.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and they even shared great recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the Eugene area. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and warm—everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for attending events at Autzen Stadium. It was an easy 10-minute walk, which made our trip so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Patio for entertaining

We visited for a track meet at the U of O. This was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The patio area is perfect for gathering friends.

Beautiful neighborhood down the street from Autzen.

Super convenient for Oregon football! The home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood and the owners were very gracious and accommodating.

Amazing Tudor Cottage Suite

My family and I stayed at this property for the weekend to watch the Oregon Ducks football. Julie and Michael were tremendous hosts. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing getaway. Especially if you plan to go watch the Oregon Ducks play.

Wonderful Football Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tudor Cottage Suite. It was perfect for our family, kiddos and grandparents included. We loved the cozy indoor space and great outdoor space. Quick walk to the stadium so we didn’t have to worry about parking. And Michael and Julie were so kind and helpful! We hope to make this an annual trip!

Autzen across the street

Property location is awesome if you have anything going on at University of Oregon Campus or Autzen stadium. Walking distance to stadium is about 7-10 min. everything needed is close by (restaurants, coffee, etc). Hosts are VERY friendly and helpful.

If you want to see an Oregan Football game the Tudor Cottage Suite is the place to stay. It’s an 8-minute walk to the stadium so you avoid all of the parking and traffic issues. Michael and Julie were great hosts and graciously helped us with all the requests that we had. Everything was better than described in the property description. There is a tremendous entertaining area in the back yard with an attached man cave. This property had everything that you could want for a Father, Sons football getaway.

Game Day Stay

We had a great stay for the Civil War Game. It was a bit chilly, given it was over Thanksgiving, and I think it would be an even better place during warm weather. However, despite the temp, the hosts kept everything warm and cozy for us. The game room was a hit for our group who were "tailgating" and the outdoor fireplace spots were great. The hosts could not have been better. They were amazing.

Duck Graduation

With the difficulty of finding a hotel for 2025 UO graduation a year ago we stumbled across this VRBO property. Needless to say it was much better than staying in any hotel, especially with 5 adults. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping space and the outdoor area was a perfect spot to hangout after long days on campus or running around town. We were even able to have other friends over to enjoy the outdoor area with some takeout & a few adult beverages. The owners are on property, but not intrusive. They are very hospitable and even were able to accommodate an early check-in. Wish we had known about this spot over the 4 years coming to Eugene to visit our son and highly recommend this beautiful cottage property.

Great Place to Stay in Eugene

My wife and I spent 8 nights here and found the place to be spacious and attractive. We wanted the second bedroom in case out grandchildren wanted to spend some nights with us. The kitchenette is small but adequate for light food preparation. The bathroom was spotless and had a double sink. Plenty of towels! Michael is very attentive and helpful. The property is well located near Autzen Stadium and easy to find. The back yard is very nicely done, and there is lots of outdoor seating. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay in every respect and recommend it highly!
