Benvenuti nella casetta rosa! Siamo così entusiasti di parlarti di Eugene Oregon e di tutte le attrazioni circostanti.

La Little Pink House si trova a pochi isolati dall'Università dell'Oregon, dalla Matthew Knight Arena e dal presto "nuovo" storico Hayward Field. È anche a pochi passi da e dallo stadio Autzen e dalle nostre bellissime piste ciclabili lungo il fiume Willamette. L'autobus EMX può essere preso a tre isolati da casa e ti porterà nel cuore della città per il Farmer's Market, Saturday Market, Voodo Donuts (da non perdere quelli) o semplicemente per sperimentare Eugene.

Siamo situati nel cuore dello storico quartiere di Fairmount, che offre molti panifici, ristoranti, mercati biologici e la famosa gelateria Prince Puckler. La casetta rosa fu costruita sulle fondamenta della rimessa per carrozze che apparteneva a una delle prime tenute costruite a Eugene. Nel 2006 la piccola abitazione è stata distrutta da un incendio in tre minuti e da lì abbiamo progettato e costruito la Little Pink House che nel 2007 è diventata la quinta proprietà in affitto a Eugene! La casa è nascosta in un vicolo privato, in un meraviglioso quartiere alberato a pochi isolati dall'Università. La Pink House è arredata con belle lenzuola e asciugamani. La cucina è completamente arredata con pentole, padelle, stoviglie, caffettiera, microonde, lavastoviglie, caffè e tè. La casa dispone di barbecue a gas, audio surround, televisione via cavo, luci del cielo, internet wireless e mobili confortevoli. Abbiamo in casa pubblicazioni riguardanti Eugene e le sue numerose attrazioni, così come la Willamette Valley. Siamo vicini a pesca, trekking, gite in barca, mountain bike, degustazione di vini ... lo chiami! Abbiamo dispositivi di raffreddamento, attrezzature per la pesca e la pesca, ecc. Fateci sapere cosa potrebbe essere necessario per la vostra avventura Eugene! Sappiamo che apprezzerai il nostro "nascondino"! Abbiamo ospitato molti genitori di studenti U of O negli ultimi undici anni - GO DUCKS!

Little Pink House is a gem! Perfect location to walk to the Hayward Field and to the near by restaurants. Place was immaculate and well appointed. Communication with Lara was easy. She even offered an early check in. We definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

The Little Pink House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the owners were incredibly communicative, which made the entire stay so easy and stress-free. The property itself was spotless – truly one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It's clear the owners take great pride in their home. The Little Pink House is, as described, a cozy little place tucked away on a quiet street just ten minutes walk from U of Oregon campus. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for landing for a week to visit our granddaughter and explore Eugene.

We had a great time. Parking was easy and close. The house was very clean and the kitchen is stocked very well. The only thing is stairs, if you have trouble with stairs you need to be aware there are stairs getting into the house.

We loved our stay at the Little Pink House. It was super clean and well cared for, provided little amenities like many towels, and had a super fun and cheery vibe. Parking and checkin were also great and super easy. The one bathroom is on the first floor, and the 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, with a beautiful wood floor staircase with a turn in between, A handrail and a nightlight helps make the nighttime descent to the bathroom easier!

We were there for Hayward Track and Field and the location couldn't get any better! Very beautiful and comfortable home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Super cute and cozy little house! Perfect for 3 of us! Loved the location - we walked around this beautiful neighborhood and the campus which was fabulous! Close to so many great desirable locations! Great kitchen for cooking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful place to stay! Every room was super clean, and the home had everything we needed and more. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen, but it's stocked with everything you could think of to make any meal. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay in Eugene!

This house is nestled in a suburban neighborhood of beautiful homes. The hosts were exceptional and answered our questions immediately. We found the house had everything we needed and were grateful for a washer and dryer. It was a wet weekend for our family racing on Dexter Lake. The location is minutes from convenient shops and U if O campus. When the weather is nice, the walk around the neighborhood is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed some close spots to eat and convenient to campus but out of the college feel. Our family of 4 (all adults) had enough room to move around and the property was well stocked with everything we needed.

This beautiful home is in an awesome neighborhood within walking distance to the university. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to a beautiful park full of deer. The house has everything you need and has incredibly comfortable beds. The host has done an amazing job to make sure you have everything you need.

The house is comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for a week stay and the owner was very responsive. There are quite a few stairs to navigate, so consider that if you have mobility issues.

My daughter and I were in town to visit the University of Oregon and the place was 100% perfect. Not only was it ideally located, had everyting we needed, the owner was easy to contact, it was easy to check in and was spotless. We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend staying here.
