  • Welcome to your home base in one of Eugene’s most desirable and convenient neighborhoods. Whether you’re visiting for a Duck game, a UO event, a weekend getaway, or an extended work stay, this thoughtfully designed 2BR/2BA home with a dedicated office and sitting area gives you plenty of room to work, relax, and enjoy Eugene.

    The home features a spacious king bedroom and a comfortable queen bedroom, along with two full bathrooms — a great setup for couples, families, friends traveling together, or colleagues who appreciate having their own space.

    One of our favorite features is the dedicated home office and sitting room. Settle in with your laptop when work calls, then close it up and use the space to read, relax, or plan your next Eugene adventure. It makes the home especially well suited for guests combining work and play, as well as those staying a little longer.

    The location is hard to beat. You can walk to Oakway Golf Course and Oakway Center, where you’ll find boutique shopping, locally loved restaurants, coffee, a wine bar, yoga, Orangetheory Fitness, and plenty of options for an easy afternoon or evening out.

    Coming to Eugene for the Ducks? Autzen Stadium is just about 2 miles away, and you’ll also be conveniently located near the University of Oregon, downtown Eugene, and freeway access, making it easy to get wherever your plans take you.

    Spend the morning golfing, walk to Oakway for lunch and shopping, head to Autzen for a game, or settle into the office for a productive workday. Here, you can experience Eugene like a local while enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own home.
